摘要： Disclosed is a polyurethane foam dressing material with an excellent adhesive property, and a method for preparing the same, an object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive polyurethane foam dressing material and a method for preparing the same, in which the adhesive polyurethane foam dressing material has an excellent exudates adsorption degree and moisturizing rate available for applying the wounds with a lot of exudates, and a silicone/acryl adhesive applies on the wound contact side in order to have favorable for treating a wound, and easily remove without a pain.

摘要： The present invention relates to a polyurethane foam dressing material with improved moisturizing rate. More precisely, the present invention relates to a hydrophilic dressing material in which a wound contact layer (10) having a sponge structure composed of multiple open cells (12) and pores (15) passing through the cells (12) is laminated with a protective film (20). The lamination is characteristically performed at 150˜250° C. under a pressure of preferably 0.25˜1 kgf/cm2, the moisturizing rate of the wound contact layer (10) is 300˜1200% and the pore area (membrane opening) takes 10˜35% of the total cell area.The polyurethane foam dressing material of the present invention prevents the invasion of foreign materials, releases absorbed exudation after changing it into water vapor or arresting the absorbed exudation inside the foam to maintain constant moisturizing, has excellent exudation absorption capacity, has a wound healing effect resulting from not adhering to a wound, is easy to change, and enhances the wound healing effect by maintaining optimum moisturizing conditions resulting from the improved moisturizing rate.

摘要： The present invention relates to a polyurethane foam dressing having excellent adhesive properties and a manufacturing method thereof, in which the polyurethane foam dressing has high capacities for absorption and retention of exudates so that it can be applied even to high-exudate wounds, and in which a hydrophilic adhesive is applied to the wound contact layer of the polyurethane foam dressing so that the foam dressing is advantageous for wound healing and is easily removed without causing pain. Specifically, the polyurethane foam dressing comprises a laminate of a sponge-like wound contact layer and a film-like protective layer, in which an adhesive layer is formed on the wound contact surface of the wound contact layer, wherein the adhesive layer consists of a hydrophilic adhesive composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a hydrophilic adhesive and 0.07-5 parts by weight of a binder.
