    摘要: A toner is provided which is superior in the long-term storage stability and has high low-temperature fixing properties. In a DSC curve as measured with a differential scanning calorimeter, the toner has a glass transition temperature of not less than 50° C. and not more than 60° C.; and the toner has, in regard to a resin composition contained therein, a difference of not less than 0.060 W/g in heat flow between a point on the curve at a temperature of 40° C. and a baseline in the range exceeding the glass transition temperature; and in viscoelastic characteristics measured at a frequency of 6.28 rad/sec, the toner has a storage elastic modulus (G′40) at a temperature of 40° C. of not less than 7.0×108 Pa and not more than 2.0×109 Pa, and a storage elastic modulus (G′70) at a temperature of 70° C. of not less than 1.0×105 Pa and not more than 1.0×107 Pa.

    摘要: Provided is a magnetic toner capable of providing a stable image by suppressing sleeve contamination even under a high-temperature and high-humidity environment and under a normal-temperature and low-humidity environment and further suppressing large-particle fogging caused after the toner is left alone for a week. The magnetic toner contains toner particles, each of which contains a binder resin and a magnetic iron oxide particle, in which the binder resin has a polyester unit, the toner has i) a dielectric loss factor at 40° C. and 100 kHz of 0.50 pF/m or more but 0.90 pF/m or less, and ii) a true specific gravity of 1.50 g/cm3 or more but 1.85 g/cm3 or less.

A toner containing: a binder resin and a colorant; in which the toner contains a THF-soluble component to be dissolved in tetrahydrofuran (THF); the binder resin component contained in the THF-soluble component contains: a vinyl resin unit (I) formed by at least a carboxyl group-containing vinyl resin and an epoxy group-containing vinyl resin and having an epoxy value of 0.001 to 1.000 eq/kg and a polyester unit (II) formed by condensation polymerization of monomers each containing fatty acid having 4 to 12 carbon atoms, aromatic tricarboxylic acid, and ethylene glycol; and the toner has a main peak present in a molecular weight region ranging from 3,000 to 30,000 on the measurement of a molecular weight distribution of the THF-soluble component by gel permeation chromatography (GPC).

    摘要: A toner is provided which can stably provide a favorable density stability, line reproducibility and dot reproducibility even in high-speed copying machines, printers and the like which form high resolution latent images over a long period regardless of environmental conditions, and can provide the image quality adaptable to embedded pattern printing, QR code printing and the like. The present invention is characterized in that the toner which includes toner particles including at least a binder resin and a colorant, and a fine silica powder, has a volume median diameter (D50) of not less than 0.70 μm and not more than 3.00 μm, and a total pore volume of not more than 0.200 cm3/g, measured in the range of the pore diameter from not less than 1.7 nm and not more than 300.0 nm.
