    摘要： A printer includes a data obtaining unit, a storage unit, an engine, and a printing unit. The data obtaining unit obtains, from print data stored in the storage unit, print data for sheets less than the maximum number of sheets dischargeable to a discharge tray as target print data and sends the target print data to the engine via the printing unit. The target print data includes first print data of odd pages and second print data of even pages. After printing the first print data on one side of sheets fed from a feed tray and discharges the sheets onto the discharge tray, the engine prints the second print data on the other side of the sheets manually returned from the discharge tray to the feed tray.

    摘要： A terminal apparatus, a consumables residual quantity display program, and a recording medium are disclosed. The terminal apparatus, which is connected to a printing apparatus through a network, includes an acquisition unit for acquiring information about consumables of the printing apparatus from the printing apparatus; and a display controller for displaying the information about the consumables, which information is acquired by the acquisition unit, if the information of at least one item of the consumables fulfills a predetermined condition. The display controller may display a no-display specifying screen that prompts a user to specify whether a “no-display” mode should be activated, in which “no-display” mode, displaying the information about the consumables is stopped even if the predetermined condition is fulfilled when the information is to be acquired by the acquisition unit at a next time.

    摘要： A system for printing data includes a printer to print the data and a terminal to process the data with a first application. The terminal includes an intermediate module operated under control of an operating system of the terminal; a communication processor communicating with the printer via an interface of the printer; and a printer driver activated by the application via the intermediate module to generate printing data of the data processed by the terminal and to cause the printer to print the data according to the printing data received by the printer. The printing driver is configured to generate an intermediate printing data before the data is tuned for an outputting size, and to allow a second application to access and change the intermediate printing data to an ultimate printing data and to cause the printer to print the data according to the ultimate printing data.
