摘要： There is provided a medicinal agent filling device with reduced size, which can automatically fill a medicinal agent into containers having different sizes. A medicinal agent filling device includes: a supply device for supplying a medicinal agent of interest to a container capable of being filled with the medicinal agent; a conveyance device for conveying the container; and a detecting unit for obtaining measurement data corresponding to an outer diameter of the container in a conveyance direction of the container by the conveyance device. Based on the measurement data, the conveyance device stops the container at a supply position where the medicinal agent can be supplied from the supply device to the container.

摘要： A method and an apparatus for vulcanizing an elastomer product, such as automobile tires, wherein the elastomer product is placed in a vulcanizing chamber in a mold steam at an elevated pressure is supplied to the vulcanizing chamber to heat and pressurize the elastomer product until the elastomer product reaches a prespecified temperature or for a prespecified period of time, the steam supply is stopped and a pressurizing gas, at a pressure not lower than the steam supply pressure, is supplied to the vulcanizing chamber until the end of a heating period, said steam being blown in and supplied from an upper position of the center of the vulcanizing chamber in a horizontal direction or in an inclined downward direction, said steam being blown in and supplied from a lower position of the center of the vulcanizing chamber toward an upper region of the vulcanizing chamber. The method and apparatus prevent a large temperature difference within the elastomer product and provide uniform vulcanizing product uniformity, shortening of the vulcanizing time, improvement of productivity, and reduction of energy loss.

摘要： According to a central mechanism of a tire vulcanizer of the present invention, in a central mechanism of a tire vulcanizer in which a lower clamp ring holding a lower end portion of a bladder is fixed detachably to a lower ring having a passage of a vulcanizing medium, key-shaped holes are bored on the lower clamp ring, springs which press clamp rods which penetrate through the lower ring downward and a fluid pressure cylinder which pushes up the clamp rods against the spring force are provided, and the clamp rods are pushed up so as to release fixing of the lower clamp ring, and the lower clamp ring is removed by rotating the lower clamp ring by a predetermined angle from a state in which the lower clamp ring and the lower ring are fixed to each other by having nuts fixed at the upper ends of the clamp rods engaged with the key holes. Accordingly, the replacement operation of the bladder is automated, thus making it possible to improve the operation rate.

摘要： The known tire vulcanizing machine of the type in which upper and lower bolsters are disposed within a frame, upper and lower metal molds are respectively fixedly secured to the upper and lower bolsters, and a press mechanism for bringing the upper and lower metal molds into tight contact with each other under a pressure is disposed between the frame and either one of the bolsters, is improved so that a green tire loaded in the machine can be visually inspected up until just before the upper and lower metal molds come into tight contact with each other. In one preferred embodiment, a vertically movable pressure-receiving plate having a polygonal shape is rotatable between short-sized position in which it can vertically pass through a space between upper beams and a long-sized position in which it cannot vertically pass through the same. A rotary drive is provided for rotating the pressure-receiving plate about its center. In another preferred embodiment, a cylindrical body is provided on the upper bolster, an adjust screw is threadedly engaged with the cylindrical body, and a pressure-receiving plate having a polygonal shape is coupled to the adjust screw via guide rods. In both embodiments, a clearance between the pressure-receiving plate and the upper beams is made adjustable.
