A recess defining wall defines an accommodating recess, which accommodates the thermistor device. The thermistor device includes a plate-like thermistor element. A first conductive plate and a second conductive plate sandwich the thermistor element. A pair of first projections 22b are provided at the distal end of the first conductive plate in the insertion direction. A pair of second projections 23b are provided at the distal end of the second conductive plate in the insertion direction. The first projections and the second projections abut against the recess bottom wall in a range that corresponds to the thermistor device except the thermistor element.

    摘要: A window regulator so constructed as not to be deteriorated in slidability between a band member and a guide surface is disclosed. An end of the band member formed annularly by a slider is guided by a guide member so that the inner side surface of the band member slides along the guide surface. The guide surface includes lateral grooves, brushes and a recess. The lateral grooves always retain grease and supply an appropriate amount of it to the inner side surface of the band member by the sliding motion of the latter. The brushes remove dust and dirt which may attach to the inner side surface of the band member by the sliding motion thereof. The recess keeps off the dust and dirt attached on the periphery of engaging holes of the band member from the space between the guide surface and the inner side surface of the band member. The slidability between the band member and the guide surface thus is not deteriorated and the band member can smoothly slide along the guide surface.

    摘要: A substantially C-shaped core which is used in a rotational position sensor of an inductance type. The core is formed of a sensing side portion and a referencing side portion, each of which has an arc shape. The centers of the arc shapes are spaced apart from one another at a predetermined distance, thereby extending a movable range of a movable short ring. As a result, a rotational position can be detected over a wider range of degrees. The core is also formed of a core intermediate portion, which has laminated thin plates therein, and core opposite end portions, which are disposed in a sealed state on the top and bottom surfaces of the core intermediate portion. The core intermediate portion and the core opposite end portions are welded together at given points so as to form a one-piece body. Surfaces of the core can thereby be prevented from being deformed or detached.

    摘要: A module for incorporation into a door includes a base panel made of resin, a window motor attached to the base panel, a pinion gear, which is rotated by operation of the window motor, a carrier for retaining a window glass, and a power transmission arm, which is rotatably supported by the base panel. The power transmission arm includes a gear portion, which is engaged with the pinion gear, an arm portion, which has a distal end to be coupled to the carrier, and a coupler, which couples the gear portion to the arm portion. The coupler is formed of resin material having the same coefficient of linear expansion as the base panel. As a result, the engagement between the pinion gear and the gear portion is always reliably maintained regardless of temperature change.

    摘要: A thin window regulator which can be assembled easily and which requires less installation space inside a door panel is disclosed. Both longitudinal ends of a belt are connected to a pair of sliders and the belt is made into a ring shape. Sliders are movable along a guide rail and are biased closer to each other by springs. Thus, since the ring-shaped belt is wound around a sprocket and the sliding portion, tension is not reduced by a creep phenomenon and the belt does not loosen. One end of the ring shaped belt is formed to be wound around the sliding portion. Thus, the window regulator can be made thinner compared with prior art systems in which both ends of a belt are wound around pulleys and a required installation space inside the door at the upper portion of the guide rail can be made thinner.
