    摘要: A rotating electrical machine including a rotor in which a plurality of magnetic poles are provided in circumferential direction, and a stator within the rotor is disposed with a gap against the rotor, wherein: coil groups are received in a slot between two teeth of the stator core; each of the teeth has a tooth main body and two tooth tip edge portions, and the tooth main body and the tooth tip edge portions are connected by connecting portions, with slits being formed in the coil sides of the connecting portions; and the slits extend from opening portions towards the centers of the tooth tip edge portions in circumferential direction, and are formed so that their tooth main body sides and their tip edge portion sides, that together define the opening portions of the slits, contact one another; with the gaps between adjacent ones of the tooth tip edge portions in circumferential direction being smaller than a width of the slot.

Disclosed is a stator core of a dynamo-electric machine in which a plurality of stator cores of respective phases are arranged independently in the direction of the rotating shaft of a rotor, the magnetic poles of the stator cores are arranged in the shape of a wave in the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft of a rotor, slots extending in the direction of the rotating shaft are formed between respective magnetic poles, and the stator winding can be arranged in a slot formed on the side of the inner end face of the magnetic pole arranged in the shape of a wave and in the axial direction of the rotating shaft.

    摘要: A forging method for producing a flanged shaft such as, for example, a crankshaft, provided at its intermediate portion with a flange with the flanged shaft being formed from a blank having a diameter which is smaller than the diameter of the shaft end portions but large enough to prevent buckling of the blank when the latter is compressed in the axial direction. The blank is placed within a closed die apparatus and is axially compressed by a punch so that it is possible to produce the flanged shaft at a high dimensional precision and at a high yield, while reducing the time and labor for finishing work conducted after the forging, without requiring any large-size press.
