摘要： Provided is a construction machine. The construction machine is provided with a lower propelling body and an upper slewing body. The upper slewing body has an upper frame, a cab disposed on a left portion or a right portion of the upper frame, and cab mounts. The cab mounts are disposed at lateral ends on each of front and rear portions of the cab respectively, including, on at least one of the front and rear portions, first and second outer-side cab mounts disposed at the outer side of lateral ends of the cab. The first and second outer-side cab mounts are juxtaposed with a small enough distance to receive a rollover load concurrently when the construction machine rolls over toward a side of the cab.

摘要： A construction machine has a locking mechanism for locking a lower end of a front part of a guard member onto a bracket while allowing a cab to be moved with elastic deformation of an anti-vibration mount. The locking mechanism has a shaft body across the bracket and the guard member vertically movably with the guard member. The shaft body has a stopper to be engaged to an upper frame side to restrict a moving amount of the shaft body to a stroke for shock absorbing. The bracket has a bolt insertion hole for a bolt to fix the bracket and a shaft body insertion hole for the shaft body. The bolt insertion hole is a lateral oblong hole extending in a direction inclined, with respect to the horizontal direction, toward a direction orthogonal to a load acting direction in the lateral rollover.

摘要： A controller for a storage device is connected to a host system and the storage device. A buffer memory includes first and second storage areas. A timer counts a preset given time in response to an instruction to start counting and sends a deadline notification when A given time is elapsed. A command responding portion, when receiving a read command from the host system, instructs the timer to start counting and thereafter outputs a read instruction to read data from the storage system. A data processing portion, in response to the read instruction by the command responding portion, reads specified data from the storage device and holds the read data in the second storage area of the buffer memory. A read control portion sends the host system the data held in the second storage area of the buffer memory when the deadline notification is received from the timer.

A charging device is connected to the battery of the charging subject by an electric cable, and the battery is chargeable. A server is connected to either one of the charging device and the charging subject and manages charging of the charging subject with the charging device. The server is cable of registering an identification code of the charging subject. The server obtains the identification code from the charging subject, determined whether or not the obtained identification code is registered in the server, and transmits to the charging device a charging prohibition command for prohibiting charging of the charging subject with the charging device when the obtained identification code is not registered in the server.
