    摘要: A breakage prevention mechanism includes a pair of arms which is synchronized and moves approximately parallel, and a crossbar bridged between the top end of the arms. Both end of the crossbar and the arm are connected pivotably around two axis. Both end of the crossbar are configured to be slidable against the arm in X axis direction. A plunger is placed between both end of the crossbar and arm, which protects the crossbar by restraining the pivoting and the sliding of both in the normal condition and releasing the restraint when the unintended force is given.

The workpiece holding device is removably supported on a crossbar extending substantially orthogonal to a workpiece conveying direction of a press machine. The removably supporting mechanism has a guide pin and a guide pin hole. The guide pin is fittable into and engageable with the guide pin hole. The rocker arm operates a valve operating (VO) cam in response to operation of a drive cam on an engine driven drive shaft. The supporting arm is mounted for angular motion about an axis of rotation of the drive shaft to move the pivot center of the rocker arm along a circle about the drive shaft axis. The VO cam is mounted for pivot motion about the drive shaft axis. A supporting arm (SA) actuator is provided to position the pivot center of the rocker arm to any angular position to shift mode of operation of the VVA apparatus.

An inlet end part of an oil hole formed in the head part is placed at a radially inside position of the upper surface other than a position where side edges of the rounded cam surface of the swing cam are in contact with the inlet end part of the oil hole when the rounded cam surface is placed in the vicinity of the turn back portion.

    摘要: A variable valve system varies an operation condition of an engine valve by controlling an angular position of a control shaft in accordance with an operation condition of the engine. The system has an actuating mechanism for actuating the control shaft. The actuating mechanism comprises a threaded shaft that is rotated about its axis in accordance with the operation condition of the engine; a nut member operatively engaged with the threaded shaft, so that upon rotation of the threaded shaft the nut member runs axially along the threaded shaft; a link mechanism provided between the control shaft and the nut member, so that the axial movement of the nut member along the threaded shaft induces a rotational motion of the control shaft; and a biasing mechanism that biases the nut member relative to the threaded shaft at least at a predetermined range of the operation condition of the engine valve.
