    摘要: The invention is to prevent an interlayer cleavage between a phosphor layer and a moisture-preventing protective layer. In a radiation converting substrate constituted by forming at least a phosphor layer 12 composed of an alkali halide for converting a radiation into light and a light emission activator, and a moisture-preventing protective layer in succession on a radiation-transmitting substrate 11, the moisture-preventing protective layer is constituted of a first plasma polymerization film 13 formed from a monomer of a silane compound, and a second plasma polymerization film 14 formed from a monomer of a fluorine-containing unsaturated hydrocarbon. A radiation image pickup apparatus is formed by adhering such radiation converting substrate and a sensor substrate having a photoelectric converting element.

    摘要: Information is recorded on or reproduced from a hybrid card having an optical recording region and a non-contact type IC memory region connected to a card-side antenna coil. The information recording and/or reproduction is effected by an apparatus including an optical head for scanning the optical recording region with a light beam, a control circuit for exerting tracking and focusing control on the light beam, an apparatus-side antenna coil to be disposed opposite to the card-side antenna coil, a reader/writer for storing information in or reading information from the IC memory region by way of electromagnetic induction coupling between the card-side antenna coil and the apparatus-side antenna coil, and a processing circuit for controlling the operation of the optical head, the control circuit and the reader/writer. The processing circuit controls the read/writer so as not to store information in nor read information from the IC memory region during the period there the control circuit is exerting tracking control or focusing control.

    摘要: An optical information recording and/or reproducing apparatus for radiating a plurality of beams to an optical information recording medium to record information in the optical information recording and/or reproduce information recorded therein. The apparatus includes (i) an irradiation optical system, (ii) a diffraction grating for splitting a beam from the irradiation optical system into a plurality of beams, the diffraction grating having a plurality of different diffraction regions formed without overlapping with each other, the plurality of beams split by the plurality of diffraction regions being guided onto the optical information recording medium, and (iii) a detection optical system for detecting a beam from the optical information recording medium. The detection optical system includes a photodetector which includes a plurality of light receiving elements in which at least three light receiving elements are provided on a predetermined arrangement line and at least two light receiving elements are arranged so as to sandwich the arrangement line therebetween.

    摘要: In an optical information recording and/or reproducing apparatus, a light beam from an irradiation optical system is split into a plurality of beams by a diffraction grating. The plurality of light beams split by the diffraction grating are caused to irradiate an optical information recording medium. A light beam from the optical information recording medium is detected by a detection optical system. A beam axis adjusting mechanism is provided in an optical path between the irradiation optical system and the diffraction grating so as to adjust a position of a beam incident to the diffraction grating.
