    摘要: A pouring method and a device in a vacuum sealed process to produce a thin-wall cast by using a mold framing for the a vacuum sealed process, and a as-cast product using the pouring method are provided. The pouring method comprises the steps of: sealingly covering the surface of a pattern plate by a shielding member; placing a mold framing on the shielding member and then putting a fill that does not include any binder in the mold framing; sealingly covering an upper surface of the fill and then evacuating an inside of the mold framing to suck the shielding member to the fill to shape the shielding member; removing the pattern plate from the shielding member, thereby forming a mold half that has a molding surface; forming another mold half in a similar way and mating the mold halves to define a molding cavity; pouring molten metal in the molding cavity; and releasing the negative pressure in the mold framing to take out a as-cast product, and further comprises the step of decompressing the molding cavity before pouring molten metal in the mated mold.

    摘要: An electromagnetic diaphragm pump has two compression sections operated by an AC. Each of the compression sections comprises an oscillator disposed within a housing and holding a permanent magnet, a pair of diaphragms each having a peripheral portion fixed to the housing and a central portion fixed to an end portion of the oscillator, a pair of field cores sandwiching the oscillator and having magnetic poles displaced relative to the permanent magnet by a predetermined amount, coils for producing magnetic fluxes at the field cores, and compression chambers opposed to end portions of the oscillator, one of walls of each of the compression chambers being formed by an associated one of the diaphragms. The field cores have the magnetic poles magnetized by the AC supplied to the coils, whereby the permanent magnet is alternately attracted and repelled by the magnetic poles to vibrate the diaphragms and to vary the volumes of the compression chambers. The two compression chambers share one field core.

    摘要: A remedial device for hand insufficiency includes a glove trank having a foundation and allowing the palm of a hand to be applied thereto, the thumb and fingers of the hand to be fixed to the foundation with finger stoppers, and the wrist and forearm to be fixed to the foundation with an arm stopper; a plurality of first bag bodies accommodating finger-spreading air sacks and disposed on the front side of the foundation; a pair of second bag bodies accommodating joint-extending air sacks and disposed on the back side of the foundation; and a compressed air feed and discharge device for inflating and deflating the air sacks in the first and second bag bodies to effect a spreading of the fingers and an extension and dorsiflexion of hand joints. Each of the second bag bodies includes two bag pieces which are each formed of cloth cut into a foundation. The second bag bodies each have a concavity where the foundation is folded about itself and the bag pieces are adjoined to each other through the fold forming the concavity. The arm stopper includes a wrist strap extending laterally from one side of the foundation and having a length sufficient to be wound around the wrist at least one and a half times and a pair of forearm straps.

    摘要: An uncontrolled angular displacement compensating device for compensating an uncontrolled angular displacement of a robot hand mounted on a robot hand mounting link of a robot hand shifting linkage of an industrial robot, resulting from the expansion or contraction of the robot hand shifting linkage. The uncontrolled angular displacement compensating device comprises a pair of identical sprockets fixed to a first shaft supported on the free end of the robot hand mounting link and on a second shaft rotatably supported on the basal end of the same link, respectively, a driving bevel gear fixed to the first shaft, a driven bevel gear rotatably mounted on a robot hand mounting member pivotally joined to the free end of the same link and engaging the driving bevel gear, and an endless chain extended between the sprockets. The sprocket mounted on the second shaft is turned either clockwise or counterclockwise when the robot hand mounting link is turned either counterclockwise or clockwise as the robot hand shifting linkage is extended or contracted, so that the driving bevel gear is turned so as to compensate an angular displacement of the robot hand on its own axis caused by the expansion or contraction of the robot hand shifting linkage.

    摘要: An electronic typewriter comprising: a keyboard having a plurality of keys and generating an encoded signal in response to the depression of each key; a printing unit having a print wheel with a plurality of type elements disposed around the periphery thereof, a step motor for rotating the print wheel, a print hammer for impacting the type element brought to a printing position, an ink ribbon, and a ribbon drive mechanism for bringing the ink ribbon to the printing position; and an electronic control circuit for coupling the keyboard to the printing unit. The electronic control circuit controls the rotation of the step motor according to the encoded signal received from the keyboard so as to bring a type element selected by the encoded signal to the printing position within a short time for executing quicker printing, and further controls the action of both the print hammer and the ribbon drive mechanism in response to the rotation of the step motor.
