摘要： The present invention provides a method of easily adjusting relative positions of a magnetic head gap and guide rollers of a magnetic tape recording/reproducing device without using an adjust reference tape and a device of the same. Relative position of guide rollers (9) and a magnetic head gap (11) is adjusted independently to a device reference plane defined on the magnetic tape recording/reproducing device (7).

摘要： A part positioning device (41) provided with support pins (48) which support a magnetic tape recording/reproducing device (1), a measuring device (51) which measures the height and inclination of a top end face (3a) of a reel (3) of the recording/reproducing device (1) and turning operation devices (54) which turn adjusting screws (7) which adjust the height and inclination of the reel (3). The turning operation device (54) includes an engaging part (55) which engages/disengages with/from an engagement groove (8) formed vertically in the adjusting screw (7), a turning operation part (57) which is turned by manual operation, and a turning transmission shaft (59) which is bendable to transmit the turning of the turning operation part (57) to the engaging part (55). The engaging part (55) is disposed at a position facing the underside of the adjusting screw (7) and moved vertically with respect to the engagement groove (8) by manually pushing or pulling the turning operation part (57) in the horizontal direction (C, D). The turning operation part (57) is disposed on the front side where the operator performs operation.

摘要： A posture adjustment method of magnetic heads includes a method in which a magnetic head initial position adjustment apparatus 11 measures an initial position of the magnetic head 1 which was moved and adjusted, and writes the initial position into an adjustment position information shared apparatus 10, a magnetic head posture adjustment apparatus 12 reads from the adjustment position information shared apparatus 10, and information of an adjustment amount given to the magnetic head 1 when the magnetic head 1 is moved and adjusted to a final position is written in the adjustment position information shared apparatus 10, and an adjustment position as a current position of the magnetic head 1 is calculated using the initial position information and the adjustment amount information, and a method in which it is detected that one of the magnetic heads 1 reached a moving limit at which movement and adjustment of the magnetic head 1 becomes impossible, and other magnetic heads 1 which do not reach the moving limit are also moved in reverse, the moving amounts of all of the magnetic heads 1 are set equal to each other, and the magnetic heads 1 are moved in parallel to each other. As a result, it becomes easy to obtain an adjustment result of the posture of the target magnetic head 1, and it is possible to continue the adjustment operation, and to enhance the producing yield.

摘要： A posture adjustment method of a magnetic head is provided. A magnetic head initial position adjustment apparatus measures an initial position of the magnetic head and writes the initial position into an adjustment position information shared apparatus. A magnetic head posture adjustment apparatus reads from the adjustment position information shared apparatus, and information of an adjustment amount given to the magnetic head when the magnetic head is moved and adjusted to a final position is written in the adjustment position information shared apparatus. An adjustment position as a current position of the magnetic head is calculated using the initial position information and the adjustment amount information.
