摘要: A method of operating an auger ice-making machine having a refrigeration casing, an auger screw rotatably disposed inside the casing and feeding, while scraping, the ice frozen on an inner wall surface of the casing, a stocker for storing/retaining the ice fed, the stocker being formed with an ice discharge port of the stocker in order to discharge the ice to an exterior of the machine by being opened, and a stored-ice detector for detecting a high level, and a low level, of a quantity of ice stored within the stocker, wherein: when the stored-ice detector detects the high level, a controller is activated to stop ice-making operation, and when the quantity of ice stored decreases below the low level by a required quantity, the controller restarts the ice-making operation; and when the controller judges, during a stopped state of the ice-making operation, that a block of ice has occurred in the stocker, the controller restarts the ice-making operation, provided that the stored-ice detector has detected the low level.

The ice dispenser includes an ice-making device (1), the ice storage vessel (18), an ice discharge port (41), an agitating device (11) for agitating the ice in the ice storage vessel (18), and an operation control device (30) which operates the agitating device (11) at the time of ice discharge or ice-making operation and which causes, when no ice-making operation is being performed, the agitating device (11) to operate after an interval of a predetermined first set time for a predetermined second set time by timer means (TM 1, TM 2), wherein when the agitating device (11) is stopped by stopping the ice discharge or ice-making operation, the operation control device (30) resets the timer means (TM 1) to start the first set time.

摘要: An ice dispenser operates an agitator only when necessary so as to prevent ice in an ice storage compartment from fusing and sticking to each other, thereby ensuring smooth release of ice from the ice storage compartment. The ice dispenser is formed of an ice maker, an ice storage compartment, an ice releasing port, an agitator for agitating ice in the ice storage compartment, and an operation controller. The controller operates the agitator when releasing ice and making ice, and causes the agitator to operate for a predetermined second set time after allowing an interval of a predetermined first set time to pass by using a timer means when no ice is being made. The operation controller resets the timer means to start counting the first set time when an ice release or an ice making operation is stopped and the agitator is stopped.

摘要: An ultraviolet protective preparation comprising an ester prepared from glycerol and/or a condensate thereof, a straight-chain saturated fatty acid having 2 to 28 carbon atoms, and an aliphatic saturated dibasic acid having 12 to 28 carbon atoms, an oil liquid or pasty at ordinary temperatures which consists of an ester of a mono- to hexa-carboxylic acid having 2 to 36 carbon atoms with a mono- to hexa-hydric alcohol having 1 to 36 carbon atoms, and an ultraviolet protective powder in prescribed portions; and cosmetics containing the ultraviolet protective preparation. The invention provides an ultraviolet protective preparation which is improved in the dispersion stability of ultraviolet protective powder such as titanium dioxide or zinc oxide while keeping the handleability and the ability to give cosmetics excellent in organoleptic properties and storage stability; and cosmetics excellent in organoleptic properties and storage stability.

摘要: A material consisting mainly of protein and water is supplied into an extruder through a supply port, mixed by screws and extruded from an extrusion port. The extrusion port is provided with a die including a plate having a plurality of holes. A mixture extruded from the extrusion port is provided with a fibrous orientation. The die has a cooling mechanism for cooling the mixture extruded from the extruder. The obtained protein material is heated and compression-molded by a pressing machine, and a protein food having a meat-like texture and mouth feeling is produced. Thus, a high-protein, low-calorie protein food having a meat-like complex texture and mouth feeling can be produced by a simple process.

摘要: A production system of electrolyzed water which includes a first brine tank arranged to store an amount of saturated brine, a second brine tank arranged to store an amount of diluted brine prepared by dilution of the saturated brine supplied from the first brine tank and an electrolyzer for electrolyzing the diluted brine supplied from the second brine tank. In the production system, an electric controller is adapted to maintain the level and concentration of diluted brine in the second brine tank and to correct the concentration of the diluted brine in accordance with a temperature of the diluted brine or pH of electrolyzed water produced in the electrolyzer.

摘要: An electric control apparatus for an icecream-making machine wherein a stirring paddle is settled in an icecream-forming container in conditions for thermal exchange with an evaporator of a refrigerating system and is driven by an electric motor to whip icecream ingredients stored in the container. The electric control apparatus is arranged to detect the rotational speed of the paddle for producing a pulse signal at a period inversely proportional to the detected rotational speed, to produce an output signal when 1/n of the period of the pulse signal is more than a predetermined period of time and to cease production of the output signal when 1/n of the period of the pulse signal becomes less than the predetermined period of time, and to permit supply of an electric power to the motor when production of the output signal is ceased and to cut off the supply of the electric power to the motor in response to the output signal.

摘要: A brine supply system including a first brine tank to store diluted brine of a predetermined concentration to be supplied into an electrolytic brine treatment device and a second brine tank to store an amount of saturated brine at a predetermined concentration. When the level of diluted brine becomes a lower limit level, the first brine tank is supplied with fresh water from an external supply source of water until the level of diluted brine becomes an upper limit level and is intermittently supplied with a predetermined amount of the saturated brine from the second brine tank. Based on a previously memorized supply time of the fresh water, a supply frequency and a supply interval of the saturated brine for the memorized supply time are calculated to maintain the diluted brine at the predetermined concentration even when the first brine tank is being supplied with the fresh water.
