At an information source, the refer request is received, and the refer request is checked to determine if information shall be provided by the information source in response to the refer request without referring to further information sources. The information is only provided if it is determined that the information shall be provided.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method usable for managing a connection release of an established connection between two or more parties via a communication network. When the reason for terminating a connection/session between at least two parties is caused by circumstances in the communication network, such as a loss of bearer, this is detected in a first network element. Then the first network element generates a connection terminating message to be used in the connection release procedure into which a new information element is introduced indicating the reason for the connection release, for example the loss of bearer. This reason may be indicated to a user as an optional and additional information. Furthermore, a corresponding system, device and/or terminal equipment are proposed.

    摘要: A network element for handling network availability information represented as presence information, where the network element includes a receiving unit for receiving status information in a network availability element and a converting unit for converting the status information into a presence information data format. The network element also includes a generating unit for generating a request that includes the presence information data format. For certain status events the network availability includes at least one child. In one embodiment, the at least one child of the network availability element is a network element for presenting registration status and the network availability element is a part of a person element. The registration status is represented in a state element which includes one of an active element or a “terminated” element. In another embodiment, the at least one child of the network availability element is a network element for presenting registration status and the network availability element is a part of a device element. The registration status is represented in a state element which describes if a device is attached to a particular network and includes one of an active element, a “terminated” element or out-of-coverage element.

    摘要: In a communication system wherein a serving controller may be configured to support a first security mechanism and at least one other security mechanism. A request for registration is sent from a user equipment to the serving controller where after it is determined in a second controller that the user equipment supports another security mechanism than the first security mechanism. The second controller may then send to the serving controller an indication that another security mechanism than the first security mechanism is used by the user equipment. The serving controller then sends a challenge in accordance with the other security mechanism to the user equipment.

    摘要: A. telecommunications system, utilizing rich calling line handling in call setup signaling to forward RCLIP (Rich Calling Line Identification Presentation) data, forwards at least one call setup signal from the calling party terminal of a caller to a called party terminal of a called party via a network upon the caller desiring to initiate a called without RCLIP data. Upon the caller desiring to initiate a call with RCLIP data, the RCLIP data can either be forwarded with at least one call setup signal directly from the calling party terminal to the called party terminal or can be forwarded with the RCLIP data being attached by the network in accordance with an indicator from the calling party, the RCLIP data being stored in a database in the network. The RCLIP data can be presented to the called party immediately upon the called party terminal ringing/alerting.
