The present invention relates to hexafluoropropylene oxide polymer composition and a process of preparing of hexafluoropropylene oxide polymer by an anionic polymerization, and in particular the hexafluoropropylene oxide polymer composition comprises an anionic initiator, a polar solvent, hexafluoropropylene and hexafluoropropylene oxide. The hexafluoropropylene oxide polymer is prepared under particular reaction conditions by using the composition, hexafluoropropylene oxide polymer prepared by using the composition according to a preparation process herein has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 1,500-4,000 at −10-20° C.

A flexible film, a display device and a method of fabricating a display device are disclosed. The flexible film includes a polyimide film and first and second metal films formed on the polyimide film. The display device includes a panel, a driver for driving the panel, a flexible film having a circuit pattern and disposed between the panel and the driver, and a conductive film electrically connecting the panel and the driver with the flexible film. Because the metal films are formed on the polyimide film with cleaved imide rings, plating properties, adhesion strength (bond strength) and heat resistance can be improved, and a fine circuit pattern can be easily implemented.

A mobile communication terminal having a touch screen and a method for locking and unlocking the touch screen are disclosed. The touch function can be interrupted or activated when key patterns are input to the touch screen. The locking/unlocking method includes registering a key pattern for allowing the touch screen to enter a locking mode or an unlocking mode, and entering one of the locking and unlocking modes when a pattern input through the touch screen is the registered key pattern.

A novel polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer membrane is disclosed. The novel polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer membrane of the present invention comprises two different compounds which are crosslinked by irradiating light such as UV or electronic beams or heat treatment to form a covalent bond between double bonds thereby providing improved properties such as chemical resistance and durability. This invention also relates to a process its preparation.

The present invention relates to a method for preparing hexafluoropropylene oxide with high yield, and particularly to a method for preparing hexafluoropropylene oxide comprising the step of performing a two-phase interfacial reaction between an organic phase containing hexafluoropropylene and an aqueous phase containing a hypochlorite oxidant in the presence of a phase-transfer catalyst and a non-ionic surfactant to improve the degree of emulsification and dispersion of the organic phase and to increase the contact interfacial area, thereby increasing the efficiency and the yield of the reaction.

A heat exchanger of a ventilating system includes: heat exchange plates laminated with regular intervals so that a first air passage through which indoor air being discharged to outside of a building passes and a second air passage through which outdoor air being introduced into the interior of the building passes are sequentially formed; first corrugation plates attached to the first air passage and obtaining a space to allow outdoor air to pass therethrough; and second corrugation plates attached to the second air passage and obtaining a space to allow outdoor air to passtherethrough, wherein the heat exchange plates are made of a paper material with numerous fine holes that are able to generate a capillary phenomenon. A sensible heat exchange and a latent heat exchange are possible to minimize a change in a temperature and moisture.

The present invention prevents peak noise caused by a resonance frequency, and reduces an overall noise of the system by binding core teeth of a stator of a BLDC motor with a vibration prevention member.To do this, the present invention provides a brushless DC motor for a washing machine including a stator including a frame, a core in the frame, and a plurality of core teeth each extended outward from the frame and having a coil wound thereon, a rotor mounted to surround the core teeth, and rotatable when power is provided to the stator, and a vibration prevention member connected between the core teeth to bind the core teeth to each other, for prevention of vibration of the core teeth.
