    摘要: A stator includes a cylindrical stator core provided with a plurality of slots, a segment conductor mounted to the stator core, and a resin insulator including a winding barrel portion and an insertion portion that are integrally molded. The segment conductor includes a plurality of leg portions inserted into the slots, and a crossover wire portion that couples two of the leg portions inserted into the slots that differ from each other. The winding barrel portion is disposed between the stator core and the crossover wire portion of the segment conductor. The insertion portion is disposed on an inner side from the segment conductor inside the slots of the stator core.

    摘要: A method for forming magnet wire with improved partial discharge performance may include providing a conductor, forming a first layer of polymeric enamel insulation formed around the conductor, and forming a second semi-conductive layer around the first layer. Forming the second layer may include providing a base polyamic acid and complexing filler particles with the base polyamic acid. The polyamic acid may be applied around the first layer, and the filler particles may migrate towards an outer surface of the second layer. The polyamic acid may be cured to form a semi-conductive enamel layer, and at least sixty percent by weight of the filler particles may be positioned within an outer half of the second layer following the migration.

    摘要: A pole cover is provided for receiving and guiding a winding on a rotor of an electric motor, comprising multiple segments which extend in a radial direction to a center axis of the pole cover, wherein the segments receive a partial region of the winding of the electric motor, and wherein each of the segments includes a winding region to receive the winding and a segment connection region for connecting to other segments, wherein the winding region and the segment connection region border on each other and the segment connection region is situated closer to the center axis than the winding region. The segment connection regions extend at least partially in the circumferential direction about the center axis and each segment connection region protrudes, in the circumferential direction about the center axis, beyond the adjoining winding region. Multiple decoupling regions are also provided, each being situated between two segment connection regions in the circumferential direction about the center axis. An electric motor having such a pole cover and a method for producing a pole cover are also provided.

    摘要: The disclosure relates to an electric machine of an electrical system, (e.g., a drive system), and in particular to the electrical insulation of a coil of the machine. A coil arrangement includes a coil, formed by an electrical coil conductor, and also an insulating arrangement. The coil is arranged at an electrically conductive element of the machine, for example, at or on a corresponding tooth of a stator or of a rotor of the machine, which is formed by a laminated core. The insulating arrangement is configured to insulate the coil from the electrically conductive element, (e.g., from the laminated core forming the tooth). The insulating arrangement has a first, electrically conductive layer, which is at least partly arranged between the coil and the metallic component. Furthermore, the first layer is electrically connected to the metallic component, in order to prevent partial discharges between the insulating arrangement and the metallic component.
