A video RAM device which is easily manufactured to be compatible with a video system, irrespective of the type of video RAM controller used in the system. The video RAM is freely changeable in a manufacturing step to operate as either a half SAM device or as a full SAM device to conform to the type of video RAM controller used or current demand of customers of video RAM devices, depending upon an internal addressing condition. The video RAM device includes a serial access memory (SAM) and a random access memory (RAM) each having interleaved groups of memory cells which are interleaved with respect to a serial output sequence from the SAM. A first interleaved group is represented by memory cells having an address with a most significant bit being at one logic level, and a second interleaved group is represented by memory cells having an address with a most significant bit being at an opposite logic level. The video RAM device also includes a serial counter for generating serial addresses, and a group of transfer gates for transferring data between the RAM and the SAM.

This invention relates to a method for in vivo and in vitro transferring efficiently DNA/RNA coding materials regulating bio-function to cytoplasm or nucleus in eukaryotic or prokaryotic cells using PTD (Protein Transduction Domain) and DNA/RNA binding factor. Particularly, this invention provides a method for in vivo transferring the materials to cells through various routes comprising intramuscular, intraperitoneal, intravein, oral, nasal, subcutaneous, intradermal, mucosal, inhalation. Accordingly, the method of this invention can be used for technology to transfer DNA/RNA to various cell types and express them in the cells transiently or permanently in medicinal applications such as DNA/RNA vaccine and gene therapy, as well as basic applications.

This disclosure also relates to various methods of creating and using a labeled icon badge which can distinguish a labeled content from an unlabeled content, where the labeled content is the one with more need for a user to confirm and where the unlabeled content is the one with less need for a user to confirm.

This disclosure generally relates to various directional input units of a mobile communication terminal, where such directional input units receive a single user input or multiple concurrent user inputs and then acquires at least one selecting (user) sub-input therefrom while a terminal is in its powered-off state or its off-state. After acquiring the selecting user sub-input, a terminal runs at least one pre-selected operation which is selected from a set of multiple pre-selected operations and which matches the selecting user sub-input when a terminal powers on from its powered-off state or wakes up from its off-state. A directional input unit may acquire the selecting user sub-input from a movement of at least a portion thereof, a contact between at least a portion thereof and a user body part, or the like. As a result, a terminal can provide a user with more seamless operations.

A microfiber vacuum mop including a mop suction tube configured to receive a mop suction tube vacuum suction. A suction pad has a plurality of vacuum openings formed on an underside of the suction pad. The plurality of vacuum openings are in fluid communication with the mop suction tube. A microfiber fabric is mounted on the underside of the suction pad. The plurality of vacuum openings suck on the microfiber fabric when the vacuum suction is engaged. The microfiber fabric is dewatered during use. A follower brush is preferably mounted adjacent to the suction pad. The plurality of vacuum openings are arranged in a vacuum opening array that can number over three hundred openings.

The manufacturing device of an anti-reflecting structure includes a carrier film on which a stamp structure is formed, an unwinding unit which unwinds the carrier film, a substrate support unit which provides a target substrate to the carrier film, a pressing unit which applies pressure to the carrier film so that a resin provided in the stamp structure is provided to the target substrate, and a winding unit which winds the carrier film from which an anti-reflecting pattern is transferred to the target substrate, wherein the pressing unit includes a chamber which stores the target substrate, and a vent hole formed in the chamber, and air within the chamber is discharged through the vent hole to lower the air pressure in the chamber and apply pressure to the carrier film.
