The present disclosure can make full use of the mechanical energy from human beings and the ambient environment to provide the electronic device with an important energy source. The present invention provides a method for increasing storage capacity of a disc drive by physically skewing a transducer in relation to a slider supporting the transducer. The physical skew angle of the transducer is configured to provide a predetermined zero skew position on the medium, which is capable of providing an increased storage capacity to the medium. To ascertain this zero skew position, a storage density or storage capacity of the medium may be ascertained for each of various zero skew positions on the medium. A desired storage density or capacity level is selected according to storage capacity requirements and the corresponding zero skew position is ascertained. The corresponding zero skew position may be implemented by physically skewing a transducer relative to a slider.

Certain aspects of the invention relates to small molecule autophagy inhibitors of the formula (I), and their use for treatment and prevention of cancers and acute pancreatitis. As disclosed herein, a small molecule inhibitor of autophagy was been identified from an image-based screen in a known bioactive library. It was found that this autophagy inhibitor functions by promoting the degradation of type III PI3 kinase complex which is required for initiating autophagy. Medicinal chemistry studies led to small molecular autophagy inhibitors with improved potency and selectivity. (I)

The present disclosure provides a method to maximize the overall chip yield. This method combines a PV-aware deterministic circuit sizing process with a hybrid OPC operation, and integrates them into an analog layout migration platform, which attempts to efficiently compose a layout by inheriting knowledge from a legacy layout and imposing new specifications, circuit sizing and constraints. The present method provides a sizing process, which explores robust circuit sizes under different PV conditions, especially considering mismatch effects on sensitive analog devices. The analog layout migration is conducted along the sizing flow for efficient layout synthesis with a unique benefit to better evaluation of the PV-related post-layout effects. After finishing the sizing process, a hybrid OPC operation, which adopts global rule-based OPC and local model-based OPC along with the PV-band shifting, is performed as a post-processing step. Thereafter, a target mask layout is created with fast processing time, high wafer image fidelity, low mask complexity, and robust circuit performance under PV conditions. This present method provides an efficient solution to layout synthesis with respect to analog ICs by combining the deterministic sizing process with fast analog layout migration and hybrid OPC operations.
