摘要: An intelligent elutriation magnetic separator includes a material feeding trough, an overflow trough, a separation tank, excitation coils, a balance column, an outer cover, a water supply system, a lower cone, a concentrate discharging system and sensors. The excitation coils are sleeved outside the periphery of the separation tank, and the outer cover is sleeved outside the excitation coils. The balance column is mounted on the inner sides of the separation tank; the balance column and the separation tank are coaxially mounted; and the water supply system is located on the separation tank. The lower cone and the separation tank are mounted intercommunicated at the bottom. The concentrate discharging system is mounted on the bottom of the lower cone; and the sensor is mounted on the lower cone for measuring the slurry concentration in the separation tank. An automatic intelligent program is used to control the intelligent elutriation magnetic separator.

摘要: The ore intelligence sorting apparatus and method based on X-rays discernment includes a feeding unit with a toothed classifier, an X ray excitation unit with filter, a characteristic spectrum receiving unit with filter, a computer analysis and control unit with a central control unit, a spectral acquisition system, an industrial computer and an instruction output system, and a separator unit with a cylinder and a wear-resistant kick plate. The feeding unit is fed by a vibrating feeder and grading materials by a toothed classifier, and the measured ore is stimulated by the X ray excitation unit to produce a characteristic x ray spectra. The characteristic spectrum receiving unit receives the characteristic x ray spectrum which is then analyzed by the computer analysis and control unit, and a sorting instruction is output based on the analysis results. The invention is used for sorting magnetic or non-magnetic ores in a concentrator.

摘要: An intelligent magnetic microfluidic concentrator employs a technique of feeding ores circumferentially and allowing tailings to overflow centrally upward. The intelligent magnetic microfluidic concentrator comprises a sorting system consisting of an ore feeding chute, an overflow chute, an overflow tank, a sorting tank, and a magnetic system, the overflow tank is disposed at an upper portion of the sorting tank, the ore feeding chute is disposed at the top of the overflow tank, the ore feeding chute feeds an ore slurry to the upper portion of the sorting tank circumferentially along an inner wall of the sorting tank, and the tailings overflow out upward from the overflow tank disposed centrally and located at the upper half portion of the sorting tank. A magnetic microfluidic concentrator and a complete set of beneficiation equipment are also provided.

摘要: A high-gradient internal-circulating oil-cooled Magnetic Separator, includes magnetic system coils, an internal-circulating oil path system, an external-cooling system and an oil conservator. The magnetic system coils are used for generating excitation magnetic field to achieve the iron-absorption function, the magnetic paths of the magnetic system coils being an open magnetic path structure. The internal-circulating oil path system is used for allocation and collection circulation of transformer oil. The external-cooling system is used for heat dissipation of transformer oil to achieve internal heat dissipation balance. The oil conservator is used as a supplementary container for the transformer oil expansion during the apparatus's operation. An internal-circulating structure is employed, and external-circulating pipes are simplified, circulating resistance in oil paths being reduced, problems including complex interference in oil paths arrangement, low circulation efficiency, leakage at welding spots, etc. being avoided, ensuring normal operation, and enhancing efficiency of iron removing.
