摘要： A personal computer is a main part of an image filing device. In accordance with a release trigger generated by pressing a release switch included in an electronic endoscope, the personal computer records image signals output from an endoscope device, which are associated with examination information relating to endoscope examination input through a keyboard and/or a mouse. Then, the personal computer displays image signals and/or information output from the endoscope device on a monitor. The personal computer searches and displays examination information in accordance with a search condition input by the keyboard and/or the mouse. In addition, the personal computer searches and displays examination information by changing a search range under a predetermined condition with respect to the search condition.

摘要： A system and method for automatically configuring a display device for an endoscopic procedure. The system includes: a video processing device for receiving image signals of an object from an endoscope device. A first converting device converts the image signals provided by a standard definition endoscope device into first resolution video image signals for display on a display device; or, converts image signals provided by a high definition endoscope device into second higher resolution video image signals for display. A second converting device converts the second higher resolution video image signals into first resolution video image signals image signals. A processing node receives: the first resolution video image signals from either the first converter means, or from the second converter means. An image capture means at the processing node captures still images of the first resolution video image signals received. The processing node further routes back to the video processing device the first resolution video image signals from the image capture card. A switching device receives the first resolution video image signals from the image capture card and routes the first resolution video image signals to the first display device or, alternately, receives the video image signals from the first converting means for routing to the first display device.

摘要： An endoscopic examination system consists mainly of an examination terminal, a report input/output terminal, and a server. The examination terminal is connected to endoscopic examination equipment. The report input/output terminal is used to enter environmental information concerning the details of an environment under which an endoscopic examination is performed (an examining doctor's name, a name of equipment employed, etc.), and reporting information concerning the results of an endoscopic examination (findings, diagnosis, etc.). The examination data (endoscopic image data, etc.) sent from the examination terminal, and the reporting information and examination request sent from the report input/output terminal server are preserved in the server.

摘要： The endoscope image filing system is constituted of an endoscope apparatus for obtaining endoscope images and an image filing device which is connected to the endoscope apparatus and which is for recording desired endoscope images. The image filing device registers endoscope image data that is related with medical data on an endoscope examination (examination data), registers an examination report created by combining the medical data (examination data) with examined images generated from the endoscope image data, and is capable of building a database for registering distribution destination data for this examination report on a hard disk. The image filing device is then capable of outputting the created examination report to an external network, on the basis of the distribution destination data.

摘要： An endoscopic image filing system mainly comprises an endoscope apparatus for performing endoscopical examination by way of an endoscopic image, an image filing apparatus connected with the endoscope apparatus for recording a required endoscopic image, and a cleaning apparatus for sterilizing/cleaning an endoscope used in the endoscope apparatus. The image filing apparatus is provided with a keyboard and a mouse for inputting and setting a variety of data. The cleaning apparatus is provided with a keyboard for inputting data and a printer for printing a sticker or the like which indicates that the endoscope has already been cleaned and is stuck for the endoscope after cleaned, for example. The cleaning apparatus is capable of transmitting cleaning information to the image filing apparatus.
