    摘要： A power storage device includes an alternating current (AC) power source, a field effect transistor (FET), a capacitor bank, a direct current (DC) fixing heater, a step-down chopper circuit, and an output control unit. The FET switches between a first path and a second path to supply power from the AC power source in combination with a diode and an IGBT. The capacitor bank is arranged on the first path, and includes capacitor cells. The DC fixing heater is arranged on the second path. The step-down chopper circuit is arranged on the first path, and changes a voltage value of power supplied from the AC power source. The output control unit controls, when power is supplied to the first path, controls the step-down chopper circuit to change a voltage value based on a charging voltage of the capacitor cells.

An auxiliary power supply unit includes a charging element that is charged by a power supplied from a main power supply unit. Each of the main power supply unit and the auxiliary power supply unit supplies a power to the fixing unit. A power control unit controls the main power supply unit and the auxiliary power supply unit, so that the power supplied from at least one of the main power supply unit and the auxiliary power supply unit to the fixing unit is kept sufficient.

    摘要： A first power source for providing a positive voltage and a second power source for providing a negative voltage are selectively activated to supply a positive or a negative voltage to a load. A rectifying element is connected between the first and second power sources to prevent electric current from flowing through the second power source when only the first power source is active. A switch and a resistor for generating a feedback current are connected in series with an output terminal of the first power source and a terminal of the load. The switch is opened to prevent current flow through the resistor when only the second power supply is active.

    摘要： According to an aspect of the present invention, a power supply device includes: a DC power supply that outputs a DC voltage; an AC power supply that outputs any one of the DC voltage and a superimposed voltage being the DC voltage with an AC voltage superimposed thereon; and a bypass capacitor that charges a part of a voltage that is output from the AC power supply. The DC power supply starts outputting the DC voltage in a constant voltage mode and, when a predetermined condition is satisfied, switches from the constant voltage mode to a constant current mode to output the DC voltage in the constant current mode.
