Abstract: A PD device comprises: a DC/DC converter disposed between an input and a VBUS output; a primary-side controller configured to control an input current of the DC/DC converter; a signal conversion and switching circuit coupled to a control input and configured to executes signal conversion and switching; an output capacitor CO connected between the VBUS output and the signal conversion and switching circuit; and a secondary-side controller coupled to the signal conversion and switching circuit, and configured to receive the control input signals subjected to the signal conversion and switching executed in the signal conversion and switching circuit, and to feed back the control input signals to the primary-side controller. The primary-side controller varies an output voltage value and an available output current value (MAX value) of the DC/DC converter by controlling the input current on the basis of the control input signals fed back from the secondary-side controller.

Abstract: Systems, devices, controllers, and methods for simultaneous transfer of wireless and wired power are described herein. An example device can include a power converter or inverter circuit having a switch, a power inductor, a wired power output loop for delivering wired power to a wired load, and a wireless power output loop for delivering wireless power to a wireless load. The wired power can be a function of a direct current (DC) component of a current of the power inductor, and the wireless power can be a function of an induced and/or switching alternating current (AC) ripple component of the current of the power inductor. The controller can include a processing unit and a memory and can be configured to independently regulate the wired power and the wireless power.

Abstract: A power supply device includes a battery, an inverter, a converter, an electronic control unit. Abstract: A converter control unit, method, and computer program product for controlling a power supply device including a converter that provides power to a load. In one embodiment, the converter control unit is configured to obtain a load voltage measure from the converter representing a load voltage of the load, obtain an estimate of a voltage drop between the converter and the load, and obtain a reference voltage corresponding to a desired load voltage. The converter control unit is also configured to adjust the reference voltage or the load voltage measure with the estimate of the voltage drop, and compare, after the adjustment, the load voltage measure with the reference voltage to acquire an error signal. The converter control unit is still further configured to control the converter to provide the load voltage based on the error signal.
