摘要: A laser beam having a single wavelength emitted from a laser light source is converted at a wavelength shifter into a laser beam having at least two wavelengths, which is further demultiplexed at a beam splitter into a laser beam having a first wavelength and a laser beam having a second wavelength. The output power and pulse width of the laser beam having the first wavelength are adjusted by a first controller so as to reach levels appropriate for generating ultrasonic vibrations without causing damage to an inspection object. The output power and pulse width of the laser beam having the second wavelength are adjusted by a second controller so as to reach appropriate levels for detecting the above-described ultrasonic vibrations. These laser beams are multiplexed by a multiplexer into a single laser beam to be focused onto a surface of the inspection object.

摘要: Status monitoring of a wind turbine is automatically performed, and evaluation of that status is quantitatively performed according to an appropriate criterion. Provided is a wind turbine monitoring device including a first storage unit in which a diagnostic data file is stored; a second storage unit in which a normal data file is stored; a diagnostics setting unit that that extracts and sets a plurality of datasets to be used in diagnosis from the first storage unit and that extracts and sets a plurality of datasets to be used in diagnosis from the second storage unit; an index-value calculating unit that calculates status index values representing the status of the wind turbine using a statistical calculation method, on the basis of the set datasets in the diagnostic data file and the datasets in the reference data file; a fault determining unit that evaluates the status of the wind turbine on the basis of the status index values; and a notification unit that notifies the result of this evaluation.

摘要: Status monitoring of a wind turbine is automatically performed, and evaluation of that status is quantitatively performed according to an appropriate criterion. 摘要: An optical fiber characteristic measuring device of the present invention includes: a light source which emits laser light modulated at a predetermined modulation frequency; an incident section which causes the laser light from the light source as continuous light and pulsed light to be incident from one end and other end of an optical fiber respectively; a timing adjuster which causes light emitted from the optical fiber to pass therethrough at a predetermined timing; and a light detector which detects the light which passes through the timing adjuster, and measures a characteristic of the optical fiber by using a detection result of the light detector, and the device includes: a synchronous detector which synchronously detects the detection result of the light detector by using a synchronization signal having a predetermined frequency; and a frequency setter which changes the frequency of the synchronization signal in a case where the modulation frequency at the light source is an integer multiple of the frequency of the synchronous signal.
