    摘要： A transmission device configured to transmit a transmission bit string which is an arrangement of a unit bit string of multiple N bits includes: a conversion unit configured to convert the unit bit string into a converted bit string in accordance with a conversion table obtained by obtaining an error rate wherein a k'th bit out of the N bits is in error; obtaining an error expectancy which is an expectancy that a significant bit of the N bits in the unit bit string will err; and creating a conversion table that correlates the unit bit string and a converted bit string obtained by converting the insignificant bit of the unit bit string to a smallest error expectancy bit pattern which is a bit pattern that minimizes the error expectancy of the multiple bit patterns; and a transmission unit configured to transmit the converted bit string.

    摘要： A data access apparatus has a memory portion including plural memory banks. A data storage control portion stores the pixel data in the plural memory banks with the pixel data being divided into the plural memory banks based on information on an access pattern of plural pixels set on a predetermined screen. A data access control portion reads pixel data relative to the plural pixels specified by the access pattern at the same time from the plural memory banks at each set position in which the set position of the access pattern moves from the start position thereof toward a pixel row direction. A selector portion transmits pixel data corresponding to respective pixels constituting each of the groups of pixels based on correspondence information on input and output. Each group of pixels includes a center pixel and peripheral pixels positioned at a periphery of the center pixel.

    摘要： There are provided an apparatus and a method for executing calculation of a global motion vector (GMV) with a high degree of reliability. Local motion vectors (LMV) corresponding to blocks and block weights as reliability indicators of the LMVs of the respective blocks are calculated, and the global motion vector (GMV) is calculated on the basis of the block weights. By calculating a degree of reliability of the local motion vector (LMV) corresponding to each block of a target block and near-field blocks adjacent to the target block and a degree of similarity between the local motion vectors (LMV) of the target block and each near-field block, the block weight is calculated through arithmetic processing to which the degree of reliability and the degree of similarity are applied. With the present configuration, it is possible to efficiently calculate the global motion vector (GMV) with a high degree of reliability.
