The curable resin material includes a first polymer and a second polymer. The first polymer includes at least a first epoxy-containing vinyl monomer as a monomer component. The second polymer includes at least an alkoxysilyl-containing vinyl monomer represented by a prescribed chemical formula as a monomer component.

A viscosity at 25° C. of the liquid medium of the green ink is lower than a viscosity at 25° C. of the liquid medium of the ink other than the green ink. A difference (ηmax−ηmin) between a viscosity (ηmax (mPa·s)) of the ink having the highest viscosity among the inks at 25° C. and a viscosity (ηmin (mPa·s)) of the ink having the lowest viscosity among the inks at 25° C. is 1.0 mPa·s or less.

    摘要: A color filter manufacturing method includes discharging droplets of an ink from a droplet discharge head into a plurality of cells formed on a substrate while moving the substrate with respect to the droplet discharge head, and curing the ink discharged in the cells to form a colored portion within each of the cells. The discharging of the droplets includes prohibiting landing of the droplets in a landing prohibition region formed at a predetermined width from edges of each of the cells in a movement direction of the substrate with respect to the droplet discharge head. The landing prohibition region being arranged so that a relationship 0.5≦L1/L2≦4.5 is satisfied, wherein a value L1 indicates a width of the landing prohibition region and a value L2 indicates an average diameter of the droplets of the ink.

When a product containing a cured epoxy adhesive is left undisturbed and sealed in the liquid medium for 6 days at an environmental temperature of 70° C. and under atmospheric pressure, the epoxy adhesive has a swelling ratio of 35% or less. Further, when a product containing a cured urethane adhesive is left undisturbed and sealed in the liquid medium for 6 days at an environmental temperature of 70° C. and under atmospheric pressure, the urethane adhesive has a swelling ratio of 160% or less.
