摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, create and use software installation packages including digital signatures. In one aspect, a method includes obtaining a first installation package including program content and package information, which includes information stored in a platform independent format and useable in an installation sequence; converting the first installation package into a second installation package stored in a format native to a target platform, the second installation package including at least a portion of the program content and the information useable in the installation sequence, and the converting includes identifying a digital signature native to the target platform and combining the digital signature native to the target platform with a document native to the target platform, the document including at least a portion of the program content; and initiating installation on the target platform with the second, native installation package.

摘要: A modular satellite transceiver is provided according to some embodiments of the disclosure. The modular transceiver may include an RF module and a back end module. The RF module may operate in a first band, and may include, for example, one or more antennas, an RF front end module, an up converter, a down converter, an analog-to-digital converter, and a digital-to-analog converter. The back end module may include various digital processing components and/or modules. The RF module may be removably coupled with the back end module such that the RF module may be replaced with another RF module operating in a second band. During transmission the back end module may provide at least one digital signal to the RF module; and during reception the RF module provides at least one digital signal to the back end module.

摘要: A fluid filter system has a manifold having a fluid inlet with an inlet stop and a fluid outlet with an outlet stop and a cartridge seat. A cartridge is separable from the manifold and adapted to mount and dismount in the manifold. The cartridge has a filter housing containing a filter for filtering fluid, and an integral closure member having a first level and a second level. A radial inlet port is on a face of the first level of the closure member and an axial outlet port is on top of the second level of the closure member. A first boss on the closure member opens the inlet stop when the cartridge is mounted in the manifold. A second boss on the closure member is disposed to open the outlet stop when the cartridge is mounted in the manifold. The bosses engage the stops sequentially.

摘要: Provided herein is a system and method for analyzing microarray data (transcriptome profiles), metabolite data (metabolome profiles), protein level data (proteome profiles), or any combination thereof to determine the biochemical pathways affected by a treatment. The system and method can be used to generate biochemical pathway information for any organism for which metabolic profile data can be obtained. The system and method may allow users to query the pathways generated and to filter the results of queries based on the -omic profile data, pathways involving molecules of interest, notions of biochemical importance, milestone molecules, and other factors. The system and method may also be suitable for discovery of regulatory sequences in genes. In an exemplary use, the system and method can be utilized to identify three genes involved in “de novo” ammonia “biosynthesis” that are induced by light, and was able to identify a putative cis-element, GWTTGTGG, that is likely involved in the regulation of those genes.

摘要: A portable container for keeping medicine in a temperature controlled environment by means of an insulating layer of vacuum in the walls and cap of the container. The container has a cap or closure that is not only vacuum insulated but is designed to be very easily removed in an emergency. Inside the container is foam cushioning that serves as a crumple zone to protect the medicine in the event the container is dropped or otherwise sustains an impact. The container also contains a thermometer which can be used to determine that the medicine has not been subjected to any extreme temperatures outside the range of tolerance for the medicine. Inside the walls of the container where there is insulating vacuum, there is structure to keep the container from deforming.
