    摘要: When producing men's/women's jackets of every kind of length to order of a customer, front buttons and waist pockets are set and attached in well-balanced positions, while maintaining a position of a waist shape for the jacket, by defining an upper part of a back length line as a center back waist length and its lower part as a hip length (below waist) respectively and reflecting a value of the center back waist length in pattern design, setting a top one of the front buttons in a position a prescribed length above the back length line according to the center back waist length or a prescribed length below the back length line according to the hip length, and setting a bottom one of the front buttons and waist pockets in positions a prescribed length below the back length line according to the hip length. In the women's jacket, the center back waist length ranges from 34-45 cm and the hip length ranges from 15-38 cm, the top button is set and attached in a position 1.5-14.0 cm above the back length line, or parallel to or 3.0 cm above the waist pockets which are positioned below the back length line, the bottom button is set and attached in a position 7-10.5 cm below the back length line according to the hip length, and the waist pockets are set and attached in positions 4.5-6.5 cm below the back length line according to the hip length. In addition, the women's jacket is produced with front buttons and waist pockets being attached in well-balanced positions as described above in accordance with an easy-order-making production system.

    摘要: A flat light source used as back-lighting for a liquid crystal display device includes an optically conductive plate (1) having a light reflecting layer (2), and a light source (3). A light-diffusing sheet (8) is provided outside the optically conductive plate (1) opposite to the light reflecting layer (2). A lens sheet (4) is provided outside the light-diffusing sheet (8), with a transmission type of display element (6) provided on the outer side of the lens sheet (4). The light-diffusing sheet (8) is formed of a transparent material free from light-diffusing agent particles and has minute irregularities (41) formed at random on the front surface thereof. The irregularities are of a surface roughness that is at least the wavelength of the light from the light source, but is no more than 100 .mu.m. When the percentage of the cumulative frequency distribution of the heights of the minute irregularities are plotted along the Y-axis and the heights of these minute irregularities are plotted along the X-axis, the cumulative frequency distribution curve has a convex portion oriented towards the lower side of the coordinates and the average value of the heights of the minute irregularities is greater than the median value thereof. Thus, a flat light source is provided which emits highly luminant light uniformly within a predetermined angular range, and which has no local differences in intensity over the surface thereof.

The intensity of side lobes which causes light loss and light stray can be remarkably reduced. Light can be equally and isotropically focused on in a predetermined diffusing angle range.

    摘要: A film lens comprises a light transmitting base having one side and an opposite side, a plurality of concave or convex unit lenses formed on the one side of the light transmitting base, and a plurality of projections formed on the opposite side of the light transmitting base and having a profile height not smaller than the wavelength of a source light and not greater than 100 .mu.m. In this arrangement, when the film lens is placed on a smooth surface of a light guide plate of a surface light source of the edge-light type, the projections on the reverse side of the light transmitting base can secure a gap with a width not smaller than the wavelength of the source light between the film lens and the light guide plate. Thus, the source light can be uniformly distributed without hindrance throughout the light guide plate as it is totally reflected by the surface of the guide plate. In the surface light source using the film lens, moreover, the lens can provide a uniform luminance in a desired angular range, and a uniform luminance distribution can be obtained for the whole surface without concentration in the vicinity of the light source.
