    摘要: In an optical pickup including a supporting member for movably supporting a lens holder through a plurality of linear spring members, a holding member is provided between the lens holder and the supporting member and having holes for accommodating a plurality of linear spring members, and a damper gel is filled in the holes in the holding member for damping deflection of the linear spring member. Gaps are formed between the edge defining an opening of the hole on the holding member opened toward the supporting member and the supporting member, and the damper gel is not filled around the linear spring member at the closest position with respect to the optical disk but is filled around other linear spring members. Accordingly, when wiping off dirt attached to the objective lens, the damper gel is prevented from attaching on projections of the cleaner even when the projections pass through the gap formed between the holding member and the supporting member.

The radial height of the core assembly in a condition where an inner surface of a crown portion of the tire is in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the core assembly is set in a range of from 40% to 70% of the normal height of the tire, and the width of the outer peripheral surface of the core assembly is set at 0.5 or more times the radial height of the core assembly.

    摘要: A pneumatic tire having an improved uniformity at tire-wheel assembled state includes a pair of bead portions each closely fitted to a slant bead seat of a standard rim when the tire is mounted on the standard rim, the standard rim including for each bead portion, a rounded concave corner portion smoothly connected to the corresponding slant bead seat and a flange protrusively extending outward from the corresponding rounded concave corner portion and having a curved portion. In this tire, each bead portion has an expanded heel bringing about close fitting to the corresponding rounded concave corner portion prior to a contact between the corresponding curved portion and the corresponding bead portion.

    摘要: A tire, for example, is nipped by a pair of bead portion support members and filled with an internal pressure. Logo marks printed on a transfer film are positioned in front of the tire at a transfer position at which the logo marks are to be transferred or printed to the tire. The transfer film is pressed by thermal plates onto the side portions of the tire so that the logo marks are transferred onto the side portions thereof. In short, the present invention provides a printing device and a printing method capable of effectively printing clear indications on the side portions of a toroidal-shaped body such as a tire.

    摘要: A core assembly for a pneumatic tire, which is fitted annularly to an outer peripheral surface of a well portion of a rim, and which rotates should the pneumatic tire collapse owing to a decline in its internal pressure, as an outer surface of the core assembly comes into contact with an inner peripheral surface of a crown portion of the pneumatic tire and an inner peripheral surface of the core assembly slides over the outer peripheral surface of the well portion of the rim. The core assembly includes a sliding portion formed of a resin material having good sliding properties and high heat resistance, and a main body to which the sliding member is secured and which is formed of a material having a high rigidity and a low specific gravity. Accordingly, since the surface of the core assembly contacting the rim is constituted by the sliding member, the core assembly is rotated smoothly when the internal pressure of the pneumatic tire declines, and the overal weight of the core assembly is reduced.
