摘要： A motor includes a shaft, a rotor, a stator, and a housing. The stator preferably includes a core including a plurality of teeth, a plurality of coils, and electrically insulating tubes. The core is defined by a combination of a plurality of unit cores each of which has a separate one of the teeth. The plurality of coils include two or more continuous coils defined by a single line of a conductor wire. Each of the electrically insulating tubes is arranged to cover at least a portion of the conductor wire which passes between the continuous coils.

摘要： A busbar unit includes a busbar holder and a plurality of busbars. The busbar holder has a first surface and a second surface on both sides in an axial direction, respectively. The first surface is provided with grooves in which one or more busbars are accommodated. The busbar in the groove of the first surface is provided with a wire connector portion on the first surface. The second surface is also provided with grooves accommodating remaining busbar(s) therein. The busbar(s) in the groove of the second surface is provided with a wire connector portion on the second surface. To each wire connector portion, a conductive wire forming a coil winding of an armature of a motor is connected.

The core includes a ring portion, and a teeth portion preferably including twelve teeth portions projecting from an inside of the ring portion toward a center thereof. The coil group preferably includes twelve coils arranged in each of the teeth portions. The core is defined by coupling twelve cores which respectively include a teeth portion. The coil group preferably includes six coil pairs each including two coils joined to each other by a single conductive line. When the core is divided into a phase region and a neutral region equally along the axial direction, a first group of coils in each of the six coil pairs are arranged in the phase region, and the other coils are arranged in the neutral region.

摘要： A motor includes a plurality of bus wires of a common phase which are put together before being guided in a common passage to minimize the space arranged to guide the bus wires. Also, the bus wires of a common phase are easily insulated from those of different phases, and an axial height of the motor is reduced. Further, a radial width necessary to guide the bus wires is reduced, and an axial height of the motor including a sensor portion which detects a rotary position of the motor is reduced. Also, the bus wires are easily extended from the armature, and an amount of work required to connect the bus wires and the terminals is reduced. Furthermore, the connection terminal portion does not interfere with the bus wires when they are being guided.
