摘要： An image developing apparatus includes an upper case; a lower case disposed on a lower side of the upper case, and internally housing a developing agent, and having an opening. A photoconductive drum is disposed on the upper case for forming an electrostatic latent image on a surface thereof. A charging roller is disposed on one side of an outer circumference of the photoconductive drum for charging the photoconductive drum. A developing roller having one part is exposed through the opening of the lower case to cooperate with the photoconductive drum for developing the electrostatic latent image. A scattering preventing unit disposed between the photoconductive drum and the developing roller, to prevent scattering of the developing agent supplied by the developing roller. The scattering preventing unit includes a blocking curtain which covers a part of the opening and having one side in contact with the outer circumference of the photoconductive drum. A fixing bracket is provided for supporting the blocking curtain.

摘要： A toner cartridge horizontally installed in an electrophotographic printer having a photoreceptor drum where an electrostatic latent image is formed by charging and exposure, and contributing to toner supply and development by being fixedly coupled to in the electrophotographic printer. The toner cartridge includes a housing filled with toner of a predetermined color, a development roller rotatably installed on the housing to face the photoreceptor drum and to supply the toner to the photoreceptor drum to develop an image by a difference in electrical potential, a supply roller rotatably installed in the housing in contact with the development roller and to control the toner to adhere to the development roller, and a guide member coupled to the housing to be disposed under the supply roller and to guide supply of the toner. When a diameter of the development roller is D2, the diameter D2 satisfies an inequality that 10.4≦D2≦22.1 mm.

摘要： A developing unit includes a waste toner housing having an upper housing and a lower housing which face each other, at least one support unit to allow connection between the upper and lower housings, and to support facing surfaces of the upper and lower housings, and a toner housing which is disposed on a lower part of the waste toner housing and is spaced apart from the waste toner housing at a predetermined distance. Accordingly, the waste toner housing is prevented from being deformed by heat and pressure, and thus white lines on images, flowback of waste toner and insufficient cleaning, which are caused by interference with the light path due to deformation of the waste toner housing, can be reduced. Additionally, tolerance can be greatly reduced as a result of resolving the problem of deformation of the waste toner housing, so a developing unit having a smaller size can be provided.

The voltage transmission part includes a conductive fixing member to which an end of the sheet member is fixed, and a voltage transmission plate having a first end portion with a terminal contact portion to contact a terminal mounted in a main body and a second end portion electrically connected to the fixing member.
