    摘要： An electrophoretic display device includes an array substrate, an opposing substrate, and an electrophoretic layer disposed between the array substrate and the opposing substrate. The array substrate includes a first base substrate having a plurality of pixel regions, and a pixel electrode having a plurality of electrode patterns disposed in each of the pixel regions. The opposing substrate includes a second base substrate positioned opposite to the first base substrate, and a common electrode disposed on a surface of the second base substrate that faces the first base substrate. The electrophoretic layer includes a plurality of polarity particles dispersed in a non-polar solvent. The common electrode includes a plurality of openings disposed in a region corresponding to each of the electrode patterns.

    摘要： The present invention relate to a policy-based robot managing apparatus and method for managing a plurality of robots, which generate a wide area policy for controlling cooperation between the plurality of robots connected by a network, compare the generated wide area policy with an existing wide area policy to check whether a conflict between the wide area policies occurs, convert the generated wide area policy into local policies applicable to the plurality of robots, and transmit the local policies to the corresponding robots, respectively. According to the embodiments of the present invention, since a policy-based management technique is introduced, it is possible to more efficiently control different kinds of robots having various forms through a wide area policy having a pseudo-code form even though a manager does not know previously set information of the individual network robots.

    摘要： An electrophoretic display apparatus includes a first substrate including a plurality of pixels, a second substrate facing the first substrate, an electrophoretic material between the first and second substrates, and a first electrode on the first substrate or the second substrate. Each pixel includes a reflection part and a second electrode. The reflection part is on the first substrate and reflects light incident through the second substrate. The second electrode is on the first substrate and adjacent to the reflection part. The second electrode forms an electric field with the first electrode such that the electrophoretic material moves to the first electrode or the second electrode. An upper surface of the second electrode is positioned at a first height from the first substrate, and an upper surface of an uppermost layer of the reflection part is positioned at a second height higher than the first height.

    摘要： Provided are a system and method for coping with encrypted harmful traffic in hybrid IPv4/IPv6 networks. The system includes: an encryption key manager collecting encryption key information from a user terminal connected to the hybrid IPv4/IPv6 networks, and storing and managing the information in an encryption key database; an encryption traffic collector collecting encrypted traffic from traffic in the hybrid IPv4/IPv6 networks; an encryption key searcher searching for an encryption key used to decrypt the encrypted traffic from the encryption key database using a source IP address and a destination IP address of the encrypted traffic; a harmful traffic determiner decrypting the encrypted traffic using the encryption key and determining whether the decrypted traffic is harmful traffic; and an encryption traffic processor, if the decrypted traffic is determined to be harmful traffic, blocking the harmful traffic and, if the decrypted traffic is determined to be normal traffic, encrypting the normal traffic, and transferring the encrypted traffic to a user terminal corresponding to the destination IP address, thereby detecting and blocking an attack pattern using the encrypted harmful traffic in hybrid IPv4/IPv6 networks which cannot be detected by a conventional firewall system and more effectively protecting the networks.
