Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of wood preparation, and in particular, to a method and device for preparing a magnetic bamboo wood. A technical problem to be solved in the present disclosure is that: Lignin in a wood will affect the soaking efficiency of the wood during soaking of the wood. In the present disclosure, sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfite in a ratio of 2:1 are put into the soaking bucket in sequence through the high-precision powder weighing equipment and are fully dissolved in distilled water to obtain a solution, so that the solution reacts with the lignin in the bamboo wood to elute the lignin, which increases the porosity of the bamboo wood, improves the soaking efficiency, and improves the magnetism of the bamboo wood.

Abstract: An environmentally friendly combustion chamber for stable combustion of biomass gasification combustible gas. The combustion chamber is divided into a first stage cavity body (45) and a second stage cavity body (48) by a honeycomb-shaped heat storage body (46). A combustion pipe (41) is connected to a biomass gas inlet and a primary air distribution pipe (54), the combustion pipe (41) is connected to the first stage cavity body (45), and an ignition gun (42) and a thermocouple T1 are arranged on the first stage cavity body (45). A secondary air distribution pipe (47), opposite the honeycomb-shaped heat storage body (46), and a thermocouple T2 are arranged within the second stage cavity body (48), and the second stage cavity body (48) is connected to an outlet high temperature flue gas pipe (51). The primary air distribution pipe (54), a primary air volume adjustment valve (52), the secondary air distribution pipe (47) and a secondary air volume adjustment valve (53) are connected together to an air supply fan (49), and a controller (50) is connected to the thermocouple T1, the thermocouple T2, the primary air volume adjustment valve (52), the secondary air volume adjustment valve (53) and the air supply fan (49). The combustion chamber solves the problems of unstable combustion flames in traditional combustors, and high nitrogen oxide amounts in tail flue gas.

Abstract: A method for preparing a biflavone-iron complex, includes using the amentoflavone as the ligand and the ferric ion as the central ion, the amentoflavone-iron complex is obtained by reaction, and the structure of the complex is characterized by infrared spectroscopy, UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and high resolution mass spectrometry. Meanwhile, the antitumor and antioxidant activities of the amentoflavone-iron complex are studied in the present invention. MTT method shows that the amentoflavone-iron complex has a relatively good antitumor activity, and the antitumor activity thereof is stronger than that of the amentoflavone. Pyrogallol auto-oxidation method and ABTS method show that the antioxidative activity of the amentoflavone-iron complex is stronger than that of the amentoflavone itself.

Abstract: A method for characterizing the interaction force between lignin and cellulase is provided. The method includes the following steps: (1) preparation of lignin film: preparing a lignin solution, then dropwise adding the solution onto a silicon wafer, repeatedly spin-coating with a spin coater, and vacuum-drying the prepared lignin film; (2) AFM probe modification: modifying an AFM probe coated with a gold film on the surface with HS-PEG-COOH and then activating the carboxyl group, immersing the AFM probe after the carboxyl group activation in a PBS solution of cellulase for incubation, and after the modification is completed, placing the washed AFM probe in a PBS buffer solution for storage for later use; (3) testing the lignin-cellulase interaction force by using an AFM instrument in a liquid phase environment. AFM is used to quantitatively characterize the interaction between the cellulase and lignin in a liquid environment.

Abstract: A conductive flexible transparent wood film-based electronic device and its preparation method are provided. The preparation method is to remove most lignin and part hemicellulose from natural wood chips to prepare a transparent wood film, and a CNT/TOCNFs ink is printed on a surface of the transparent wood film to form a circuit. The as-prepared transparent wood film has high mechanical properties, flexibility, and excellent optical strength. The conductive flexible transparent wood film is fabricated by depositing the CNT/TOCNFs ink on the surface of the transparent wood film to form conductive circuits, which is combined with origami and kirigami to realize the editable and adjustable design of spatial structure. Thus, the shape of the flexible electronic devices changes from simple to complex, simultaneously, they are customized to meet specific needs or applications.
