摘要: The present invention provides a data analytic scheme for screening biomarkers for differential diagnosis of the status of Parkinson's disease, Parkinson's disease with mild cognitive impairment, Parkinson's disease dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and/or multiple system atrophy, the methodology implementing the same and the results of the screening thereof. Biomedical Oriented Logistic Dantzig Selector (BOLD Selector) was developed to identify candidate microRNAs and extracellular vesicle proteins effective at discerning between any two of the above mentioned disease categories from profiling results. The prediction models are finalized by establishing logistic regression formula for each pair of patient group differentiation.

摘要: The present invention relates to a reaction platform, which comprises: a machine body with a bottom plate for placing non-porous substrates; and a coater module configured on the top of the machine body and capable of maintaining a preset of a predetermined height for moving along the surface of non-porous substrate, wherein the coater module has one or more slits, and a target liquid can be directly injected or sucking in from the outside of the coater module through the slit, and spreading the target liquid onto a surface of the non-porous substrate while moving along the non-porous substrate; wherein the surface of the non-porous substrate has a target to be coated. The reaction platform of the present invention can not only save time, labor and cost, but also have accurate and reproducible experimental results, showing better results than traditional methods.

摘要: An image processing system includes an ophthalmoscope device and a processor. The ophthalmoscope device is configured to obtain a color fundus image. The processor is configured to receive the color fundus image; generate a blood vessel segmentation image that corresponds to the color fundus image using a computer vision algorithm or a deep learning model; preprocess the color fundus image and the blood vessel segmentation image to obtain an initial input image; and input the initial input image into a convolutional neural network. The convolutional neural network outputs a value. In addition, the processor generates fundus image analysis information from the cup-to-disc ratio and the value.

摘要: Disclosed are an object detection method and a convolution neural network. The method is performed through hierarchical architecture of the CNN and includes extracting groups of augmented feature maps from an input image through a backbone and two other groups of feature maps, identifying positive and negative samples with an IOU-based sampling scheme to be proposals for foreground and background through a proposal-sampling classifier, mapping the proposals to regions on the groups of augmented feature maps through the region proposal module, pooling the regions to fixed scale feature maps based on ROI aligning, fusing the fixed scale feature maps, and flattening the fused feature maps to generate an ROI feature vector through an ROI aligner for object classification and box regression. Because extracted features in the groups of augmented feature maps range from spatially-rich features to semantically-rich features, enhanced performance in object classification and box regression can be secured.

摘要: An aerosol-shielding endoscopy mouthpiece (AeroFree mouthpiece) is disclosed. The aerosol-shielding endoscopy mouthpiece includes a bite block part through which the endoscope passes and a mouth and nose-shielding part. Besides allowing for safe passage of the endoscope and respiration of the examinee, the bite block part includes a cover which is configured to mitigate splashing of aerosol and saliva through the orifice for endoscope passage during the endoscopic procedure. The mouth and nose-shielding part contains the bodily fluids and aerosols from the examinee's mouth and nose and reduces the risk of contamination at the time of removal and disposal.

摘要: A cartilage repair implant, an auxiliary surgical tool kit and a cartilage repair system are provided. The cartilage repair implant includes a body and a plurality of pins. The push rod is slidably disposed in the outer tube. One end of the outer tube has a shaping blade for slicing a to-be-implanted region on an affected area of the patient. In which the shape of the to-be-implanted region is corresponding to the shape of the body.
