    摘要: A radiographic image detecting apparatus and a radiographic image capturing system are provided. The radiographic image detecting apparatus includes photoelectric conversion elements for generating electric charge by emission of radiation, a bias line through which a bias voltage is supplied to the photoelectric conversion elements, a power supply for applying the bias voltage to the photoelectric conversion elements through the bias line, a current detector for detecting a bias current flowing through the bias line based on a voltage drop across a resistor inserted in the bias line, a first amplifying circuit, a second amplifying circuit connected to an output of the first amplifying circuit, and a controller for correcting the electric signal by increasing a gain of the second amplifying circuit depending on decrease in a sensitivity of the photoelectric conversion element, the decrease being caused by the voltage drop.

The substrate is formed in the shape of a box without a top, and has a rectangular bottom and sidewalls erected at four sides surrounding the bottom. A scintillator is evaporated onto the bottom. The scintillator includes a non-columnar crystal and a plurality of columnar crystals erected by crystal growth. A photodetector tightly adheres to top surfaces of the sidewalls of the substrate through an O-ring, so as to close the top of the box-shaped substrate. The substrate, the photodetector, and the O-ring seal the scintillator in an air-tight manner.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a radiological image detection apparatus includes: bonding a phosphor to a sensor panel constructed such that a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements are arranged on a substrate; connecting a wiring member to a connection portion that is provided on a front face of the sensor panel opposite to the phosphor and that is electrically connected to the photoelectric conversion elements; covering with a first protective film the connection portion connected to the wiring member; peeling off the substrate from the sensor panel in which the first protective film is formed; and covering, with a second protective film having a moisture prevention property, at least a part corresponding to the connection portion in a rear face of a sensor portion exposed when the substrate is peeled off from the sensor panel.

    摘要: A radiographic apparatus includes a first grating unit, a grating pattern unit, a radiological image detector. The first grating unit has a plurality of radiation shield units that shields the radiation emitted from the radiation source and a substrate on which the first radiation shield units are arranged and which enables the radiation emitted from the radiation source to penetrate therethrough. The grating pattern unit has a period that substantially coincides with a pattern period of a radiological image. The radiological image detector detects the radiological image masked by the grating pattern unit and has a plurality of pixels converting and accumulating the radiation into charges and a substrate. A thermal expansion coefficient of the substrate of the first grating unit is the substantially same as a thermal expansion coefficient of the substrate of the radiological image detector.
