摘要: This invention provides an autodeposition bath composition and process capable of coating zinciferous metal surfaces with minimal pinhole formation, comprising (a) at least one polymer, (b) at least one emulsifier, (c) optionally at least one cross-linker, (d) at least one accelerator component such as acid, oxidizing agent and/or complexing agents, (e) an average minimum concentration of H2O2 of at least 100 parts per million, (f) optionally, at least one filler and/or colorant, (g) optionally, at least one coalescing agent, and (h) water.
