    摘要: In a heat exchanger cover (17) covering upper sides of heat exchanger (13), an inlet port (21) is provided on a left side which is an upstream side of cooling air, and one exhaust port (22) for exhausting the cooling air which has passed through the heat exchanger (13) is provided on a right side opposite to this inlet port (21). An engine cover (15) is provided with another exhaust port (23) at a position opposing the one exhaust port (22) in a left-right direction. The cooling air which has passed through the heat exchanger (13) can be exhausted horizontally from the exhaust port (22) provided in the heat exchanger cover (17) toward the exhaust port (23) provided in the engine cover (15).

    摘要: A swing mechanism for a construction machine is provided with a center frame 3 having a pinion insertion hole 3c, an inner race having an internal gear and mounted on a side of an undercarriage, an outer race 1b rotatably arranged surrounding the inner race and provided with the center frame secured thereon by bolts 8a, a pinion maintained in meshing engagement with the internal gear of the inner race, and a pinion drive device. A pin fit-in hole 3d arranged in the center frame 3 such that a knock pin 6 fixed on the outer race 1b is fitted in the pin fit-in hole to position the center frame 3. To arrange the pin fit-in hole 3d in the center frame 3, a pin fit-in hole portion 20 through which the pin fit-in hole 3d is formed is locally arranged such that the pin fit-in hole portion 20 extends toward the pinion insertion hole 3c to have a center of the pin fit-in hole 3d located on a center connection line S. This construction allows to perform smooth assembly of the pinion drive device while enabling to optimally arrange the knock pin for positioning the center frame.

    摘要: A swinging pinion on the side of an upper swing structure is meshed with a ring gear which is provided on and around the inner periphery of an inner ring on the side of a vehicular base carrier. A grease bath is provided on the inner side of the inner ring and under a swing frame. A center joint is located in an opening which is provided in the swing frame at the center of swinging motions of the upper swing structure. The grease bath is formed by bath-forming walls around an central top plateau wall which is connected the center joint on the inner peripheral side. An annular seal member of resilient material is interposed between the top plateau wall of the grease bath and the lower side of the swing frame. The annular seal member is formed in a height which is larger than the width of spacing between the top plateau wall and the swing frame. At one side, the seal member is detachably fixed either on the side of the swing frame or on the side of the top plateau wall section. At the other side, the seal member is provided with an annular sliding portion which is held in sliding contact with the other one of the swing frame and the top plateau wall in an inclined posture in a radially inward direction.

Since the machined shape of the bore is the shape obtained by reversing a phase of a recess and a projection of the approximate shape about a predetermined cylindrical shape, the machined shape has a cross section having the approximately-true circle shape and has a simple shape which is symmetrical about the central axis.

    摘要: A swivel frame structure for a hydraulic excavator, said swing frame structure being to be arranged in a swing upperstructure 21, has a center frame 1 composed of side plates 6,7 and a reinforcement plate 8 joined to each other. The swing frame structure is provided with mating portions for bringing the side plates 6,7 and the reinforcement plate 8 into engagement with each other. These mating portions comprise plug-in structure portions, which in turn comprise holes 6a,7a formed through the respective side plates 6,7 and lugs 8a,8b arranged on opposite side edge portions of the reinforcement plate 8 and to be inserted into the holes 6a,7a of the corresponding side plates 6,7. The center frame can be fabricated without needing any jigs for fixedly holding the side plates and a bottom plate together.
