Abstract:
A communication system particularly for managing voice, video and data services between the station of an operator and the station of a user, the system including at least one device controlled by the operator to receive telephone calls forwarded by a call routing center and at least one unit that is controlled by the user and provided with elements for entering and displaying information and generating telephone calls. The device further includes elements for disabling the audio component of a telephone call generated by the at least one unit and elements for establishing with the unit a video call associated with the telephone call.
Abstract:
A system for the remote management of services, including elements for communication between a user station and at least one video assistance station is provided. The system further includes elements for detecting the selection on the part of the user of at least one service managed by the system, elements for activating functionalities that are associated with the selected service, and elements for selecting and associating dynamically, on the basis of the activation, one of the video assistance stations.
Abstract:
A system for remotizing a user service is provided. The system includes elements of audiovisual communication between a station of a user and a video assistance station belonging to an operator that is selected automatically—at the time of the service request by the user—from a plurality of operators. The elements are adapted to enable the acquisition of personal information of the user by the selected operator. A scanning device acquires an identification document of the user. A control system is configured to enable the user to use the service following the activation performed by the operator.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for managing the pick-up and delivery of at least one handy object, for example a key of a vehicle, comprising: a storage provided with a plurality of cells and a panel frontally positioned with respect to the storage and provided with a door of access to at least one cell of the storage. The storage can be moved with respect to the panel in order to provide a first cell of the storage at said access door. The system also comprises means for recognizing the key and/or reading information on said key or on a key holder. The recognition means operate within said first cell and are arranged in proximity to the access door. The system also comprises a device for authenticating a user and a control unit connected to the storage, to the door, to the recognition means and to the authentication device. The control unit is configured for allowing the authentication of a user and, in case of positive outcome of the authentication, allowing the access to said first cell in order to pick up or deliver a key of a vehicle.
