摘要: A pressure reducer includes a housing, defining upstream and downstream pressure chambers. A valve is positioned in the housing and includes a diaphragm acting on a valve tappet. The valve includes a valve body fastened to the valve tappet and cooperating with a sealing element. The valve body has a cylindrical, hollow-cylindrical, or conical contour and forms a sealing surface effective in the radial direction. The sealing surface is interrupted at at least one circumferential position by a flow channel, such that, depending on a pressure drop in the downstream pressure chamber, either the sealing element lies against the sealing surface and completely closes a flow region between the sealing element and the sealing surface or the sealing element is removed from the sealing surface and completely opens the flow region or the sealing element lies against the sealing surface and partly opens the flow region exclusively by the respective flow channel.

The valve body (18) is provided by a foil element (19), wherein the foil element (19) has an opening (20) for the fluid, wherein the foil element (19) is rotatable relative to the modulator body (14) to modulate the flow of the fluid by adjusting an overlap between the opening (20) of the valve body (18) and the flow passage (17) of the modulator body (14), and wherein the foil element (19) is positioned up-stream of the modulator body (14) such that an inlet pressure of the fluid presses the foil element (19) against the modulator body (14) thereby providing a sealing level between the foil element (19) and the modulator body (14).

摘要: A device for handling combustion gas comprises: a housing, a first electronic element, a second electronic element, a connecting element, and a sealing element. The housing defines a gas chamber for the combustion gas and an ambient chamber for ambient air. The first electronic element is positioned within the gas chamber and is exposed to the combustion gas. The second electronic element is positioned within the ambient chamber and is not exposed to the combustion gas but is exposed to the ambient air. The connecting element electrically connects the first electronic element and the second electronic element. The sealing element is made at least partially from an elastomer, and is compressed between the connecting element and the housing, and seals the gas chamber against the ambient chamber even if electrically insulating material of the connecting element or the connecting element is removed.

The gas burner appliance (10) is operated to compensate for a fluctuating gas inlet pressure of the gas burner appliance by executing the following steps: Measure a first absolute pressure by the absolute pressure sensor (21) when at least the first gas safety valve (19a) of the gas safety valve unit (19) is closed. Measure a second absolute pressure by the absolute pressure sensor (21) when the gas safety valve unit (19) is opened. Determine a pressure difference between the first absolute pressure or a pressure depending on the first absolute pressure and the second absolute pressure or a pressure depending on the second absolute pressure. Operate the gas flow modulator (18) dependent from said pressure difference.

A sensor (27) for detecting leakage is integrated into the pressure reducer.
