Abstract: A prefabricated element or floors or floor baseboards is described that includes a rigid base having an upper surface and two opposed longitudinal lateral surfaces, the upper surface and lateral surfaces being covered by a layer made of vinyl fabric. A modular floor tile is also described that includes a plurality of the prefabricated elements mounted on a rigid support. The invention enables an outdoor decorated wood flooring with no need of maintenance to be realized.
