摘要: A system and method of hotel tray and trolley retrieval including a notification device and a computing system wirelessly connected by a network. When in use, the notification device is assigned to a room number of a hotel room via software running on the computing system. A tray and/or a trolley is delivered to the hotel room with the notification device. The hotel patron may then activate the activation device of the notification device. The notification device then sends a wireless communication to the computing system over the network indicating that the tray and/or trolley is ready for pickup from the hotel room.

摘要: A method for detecting the presence of an acid gas in a formation fluid from a subterranean formation comprises (a) lowering a coring assembly into a wellbore. The coring assembly including an outer core barrel and an inner core barrel disposed within the outer core barrel. The inner core barrel has an upper end, a lower end opposite the upper end, and a core sample chamber extending axially from the lower end. In addition, the method comprises (b) capturing a core sample from the subterranean formation within the sample chamber. Further, the method comprises (c) raising the coring assembly to the surface after (b). Still further the method comprises (d) contacting a formation fluid in the sample chamber with at least one detector during (c). Moreover, the method comprises (e) detecting the presence of a formation acid gas in the formation fluid with the at least one detector during (c).

摘要: A low battery indicating device is disclosed for indicating that a battery has low power. The device includes an indicator having a body movable between a retracted, unactuated position and an extended, actuated position. The indicator is visible when in the actuated position. The device also includes means for biasing the indicator towards the actuated position, and latch means cooperating with a portion of the body of the indicator, when the latch means is in a stop position, to hold the indicator in its unactuated position. The latch means is movable between the stop position and a go position which frees the indicator to move, under operation of the biasing means, to the actuated position. A memory alloy wire is mechanically associated with the latch means so as to leave the latch means in the stop position when the memory alloy wire is in a relaxed state and to move the latch means to the go position when the memory alloy wire is in a contracted state caused by heating of the memory alloy wire. Electrical sensor circuitry is in communication with the memory alloy wire. The electrical sensor circuitry is adapted to detect when the battery means has low power and cause heating of the memory alloy wire to cause it to change to the contracted state and thereby move the latch means to the go position.

摘要: A mobile vehicle service trailer provides a portable maintenance facility for motor vehicles (passenger cars, pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles, etc.) without need to transport the vehicle to a maintenance facility at a fixed location. The present trailer has rearwardly disposed wheels and laterally extendible ramps, enabling the trailer to be positioned laterally at the front or rear of the vehicle needing service and the vehicle to be positioned laterally across the trailer. This configuration provides for ease of loading and unloading the vehicle to and from the trailer in cramped parking situations, such as parking lots and garages, etc. The rear wheels of the trailer are pivotally mounted, allowing the trailer body to be lowered to the underlying surface for placement of a vehicle thereon. A specially formed trailer hitch may be provided for the towing vehicle, allowing the hitch ball to be lowered to the underlying surface to lower the trailer tongue without disconnecting the trailer from the towing vehicle. Corner jacks are provided for raising and lowering the trailer body as desired. A forward and a rearward hydraulically powered lift hoist are provided on the trailer body, for raising the vehicle for access to the underside thereof for maintenance operations (oil changes, etc.). The present trailer also includes a hydraulic power supply for operating the corner jacks, vehicle hoists, and for raising and lowering the ramps as desired.
