    摘要: An optical diffuser structure for field emitting display element provides uniform lightness contrast to a display, and includes a glass substrate as main body, wherein plural black stripe blocking layers is arranged on the panel of the substrate for covering the light diffusing path of the display element, a transparent glue layer being further arranged on the surfaces of the black stripe blocking layer and glass substrate, thus the black stripe blocking layer is protected from the damage caused by sandblasting process, at last, a nebulized surface is formed on the transparent glue layer, thereby, through the diffuser structure, the light generated by the display element possesses a uniformity without any reduction and loss of lightness.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing glue-pasting area of field emission display forms a plurality of elongated low walls on glue-pasting area of the anode plate or the cathode plate by printing. The elongated low wall includes a length side parallel with a package side of the display. The elongated low walls are arranged on the glue-pasting area in staggered and parallel fashion, where a first gap is defined between two adjacent elongated low walls and the first gap is a channel for overflow glue after the cathode plate is pressed with the anode plate. After the glass glue is pasted on the elongated low wall and the cathode plate is pressed with the anode plate, the overflow glue is constrained b the gap to control the width of glue.

    摘要: A method of fabricating a gate mask of a tetra-polar field-emission display. A focus metal mask having a plurality of windows is formed. A low-viscosity and water-soluble high molecular solution is coated on the focus metal mask to form a viscous interface. A first low-temperature drying process is performed allow the viscous interface dried up into a film. An insulating material is then formed on the film of viscous interface by screen printing. A sintering process is performed to remove the viscous interface, so as to crystallize the insulating material on the focus metal mask.

    摘要: A manufacturing method of cross-wiring an electrode wire of a field emission display is used for forming a cross-wire structure of an electrode wire. In the method, a has a conducting layer, and the conducting layer has a protruded object. A tool is used for aligning the substrate, and the tool has a dispensing pillar made of an elastic material. The front end of the dispensing pillar has a dispensing head aligning precisely with the position of the protruded object. After a conductive adhesive is adhered onto the dispensing head, the protruded object is pressed, such that the dispensing head is deformed to cover the protruded object completely, and the conductive adhesive adhered on the dispensing head forms a conducting layer on the outer circumferential surface of the protruded object for cross-wiring an electrode wire, immediately after the dispensing pillar is pulled away.
