摘要： An electronic equipment enclosure includes a frame structure having side cross members between front and rear frames, a vertical mounting rail and a clamping bracket attached to the vertical mounting rail. At least one of the side cross members defines an interior-facing channel that extends at least substantially along the length thereof. Upon insertion into the channel, the clamping bracket is rotatable within the channel to tighten, and thereby fasten, the vertical mounting rail to the frame structure.

摘要： An adjustable filler panel assembly, configured for use in an electronic equipment enclosure, includes a first panel and a second panel, each adapted to block airflow. The first panel has pairs of horizontally aligned adjustment openings formed therein, and the second panel has a pair of horizontally aligned attachment members disposed near one end. The first and second panels are connected to one another in an overlapping arrangement to form an air-blocking panel assembly with the attachment members of the second panel being aligned with and connected to a pair of adjustment openings of the first panel. In addition, the first panel and the second panel are telescopically adjustable relative to one another such that a length of the air-blocking panel assembly is selectively adjustable to fill at least a portion of an opening in the electronic equipment enclosure, thereby blocking air from flowing through the opening.

摘要： An electronic equipment enclosure includes a frame structure at least partially enclosed by a plurality of panels defining a compartment in which one or more electronic components are mounted and an exhaust air duct that is adapted to segregate hot air being exhausted from the compartment from cool air entering the compartment, thereby improving thermal management of the enclosure. The exhaust duct includes a lower duct section extending upward from the top panel of the compartment and an upper duct section telescoping upward from an upper end of the lower duct section. Each duct section includes four panels connected together by hinged corner fittings such that the section is collapsible. The upper duct section includes an outwardly flared portion.

摘要： An electronic equipment enclosure includes a frame structure, one or more enclosure panels mounted on the frame structure, an exhaust duct, and a plurality of adjustable filler panel assemblies. The frame structure and the one or more enclosure panels together define an enclosure. The exhaust duct is substantially the same height as the enclosure and has an air inlet opening formed therein for receipt of exhaust air from equipment mounted in the enclosure. The plurality of adjustable filler panel assemblies selectively block portions of the air inlet opening in order to create a custom-fit air inlet opening for a particular piece of equipment so that exhaust air from the equipment does not flow back into the enclosure after entering the exhaust duct.

In still another aspect, the cabinet structure further includes at least one bracket connected to one of the vertical support posts, wherein the bracket includes a first embossed portion nested within a corresponding second embossed portion on the vertical support post to which the bracket is connected.

The two arm hinge half includes two hinge arms, a projecting indexing element disposed therebetween and a first mounting element. The axle hinge half includes two axles, each extending from a toothed indexing element, and a second mounting element. When the axle hinge half is connected to the two arm hinge half by interconnecting each axle with a respective hinge arm, the projecting indexing element abuts the toothed indexing element in such a way as to prevent rotation unless an additional rotational torque is applied. An electronic equipment enclosure installation comprises an electronic equipment enclosure and an indexing hinge.
