Abstract: An electronic game system and a method of its operation are provided for virtual space mapping of a variable activity region in physical space. A calibration input may be received from a positioning device of a game controller that indicates waypoints that define an activity region in physical space. A scale factor may be identified between the activity region and an interactive game region in virtual space based on the calibration input. Positioning information may be received from the positioning device that indicates a position of the positioning device within the activity region. The position of the positioning device within the activity region may be mapped to a corresponding virtual position within the interactive game region based on the scale factor.

Abstract: The present invention provides a bulb slicer for preferably slicing garlic and shallots. The bulb slicer includes a top portion, a base portion, and a slicing portion. The top portion includes a plurality of fingers extending downwardly from the underside of the top portion. The slicing portion includes a plurality of blades. The number of the plurality of fingers corresponds to the numbers of spaces between the plurality of blades, the width of the plurality of fingers corresponds to the width of the spaces between the plurality of blades; and the positioning of the plurality of fingers corresponds to the position of the spaces between the plurality of blades. A gully defined above the slicing portion, the gully sized to cradle the bulbs in an orientation relative to the plurality of blades such that the bulb is sliced across the width rather than the length.

Abstract: The present invention provides a dental device preferably for infants and small children. A dental device in accordance with the present invention includes a handle portion and a head portion joined by a joinder. The head portion includes a plurality of projections and a plurality of bristle bunches. In one embodiment, the plurality of projections encircle a core in an about 190 to about 280 degree circumference and the plurality of bristle bunches encircle a core in an about 190 to about 80 degree circumference. In another embodiment, the plurality of projections encircle a core in a plurality of alternating segments interspaced with the plurality of bristle bunches.
