The design of the subsystems has made it possible for a relatively large object field of 0.25 mm to be present in the case of a high-resolution numerical aperture of 1.49. 摘要: A tube unit for microscopes which has a tube lens, including two components with an intermediate, large air separation and an overall positive refractive power. The air separation is at least half the size of the focal length f of the tube lens. A roof edge mirror or another suitable deflection element is arranged between the two components of the tube lens. The roof edge mirror includes two mirrors which can be tilted with respect to one another, and which is able to be tilted around its roof edge. The tilting movement or the tilting angle of the tiltable mirror or deflection element corresponds to half the tilt or half the tilting angle of the tube or eyepiece viewing system.

摘要: The invention is directed to an immersion microscope objective. This microscope objective contains four lens groups. The first lens group has a focal length of 2.6f–3.1f, where f is the total focal length of the microscope objective. The first lens group contains two lens components with a collecting effect. The first lens component has a focal length of 3f–4.5f. One of the lenses in the first lens component is made from a material with n greater than 1.72. A lens of the second lens component is made from a material with a partial dispersion of a first type. The second lens group with a focal length of 8f–10.2f comprises at least two lenses which are cemented together. A collecting lens is made from a material with a partial dispersion of the first type, and a diverging lens is made from a material with a partial dispersion of a second type. There follows a third lens group with a focal length greater than |25f|. The third lens group-times contains at least two lenses which are cemented together, one of which is a collecting lens made from a material with a fluor crown anomaly. Finally, there follows a fourth lens group with a focal length greater than |6⅔f| and comprising two meniscus-shaped lenses whose hollow surfaces face one another.

The anastigmatic anamorphic lens comprises a main objective with considerable positive astigmatism. A main objective which might otherwise be unsuitable for projection because of aberration phenomena, in combination with cylindrical afocal attachments, has its image defects supplemented with the typical aberrations of the attachments in such a way as to achieve an optimum overall result.

摘要: A double sided telecentic measurement objective for contactless length measurement in two-dimensional and three-dimensional space. The objective has an image-side optical system consisting of three elements equivalent to those of an object-side optical system but in the reverse order, including a cemented positively refracting lens element turned toward the object of image respectively, a collecting lens spaced by an air gap from the cemented lens, and a dispersive meniscus spaced by an air gap from the collecting lens. The widths of the air gaps between the collecting lenses and the meniscus are substantially greater than the widths of air gaps between the cemented lens elements and the collecting lenses.

摘要: The invention is directed to a stereoscopic microscope objective. A microscope objective of this kind contains five lenses. The first lens, considered from the object side, has a focal length between −2.11f and −1.20f; f is the total focal length of the microscope objective. This is followed by a second lens with a focal length between 1.30f and 1.45f, a third lens with a focal length between 1.15f and 1.37f, a fourth lens with a focal length between 0.65f and 1.7f, and a fifth lens with a focal length between −0.96f and 0.48f. Combined, the amount of the refractive power of the last two lenses is less than 0.31f. In the first lens and fifth lens, at least 80% of the refractive power is concentrated on the image-side surfaces. In the second lens, at least 60% of the refractive power is concentrated on the image-side surface. In the third lens, at least 60% of the refractive power is concentrated on the object-side surface. In the fourth lens, at least 70% of the refractive power is concentrated on the image-side surface. The first lens and the fifth lens are made of a material having an anomalous partial dispersion of a first type. The second lens, third lens and fourth lens are made of a material having an anomalous partial dispersion of a second type.
