    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a battery current monitoring method, a controller and a circuit. The method is applied to a current monitoring circuit, the current monitoring circuit includes a hall sensor, a controller and a constant voltage source. The current monitoring method includes: acquiring, by the controller, an output voltage of the constant voltage source and a first analog-to-digital conversion value of the output voltage of the constant voltage source; determining an analog-to-digital conversion correction coefficient based on the output voltage of the constant voltage source and the first analog-to-digital conversion value; acquiring a second analog-to-digital conversion value of an output voltage of the hall sensor and a third analog-to-digital conversion value of a supply voltage of the hall sensor; and determining the battery current based on the analog-to-digital conversion correction coefficient, the second analog-to-digital conversion value and the third analog-to-digital conversion value.

The circuit adopts the inverting coupling transformer for bi-directional power conversion, the switch bridge arm may realize a current loop, such that before a corresponding power switch transistor of the switch bridge arm turns on, its body diode is turned on first, thus reducing the reverse recovery power consumption of the body diode of the corresponding power switch transistor and realizing the zero voltage soft switching, and reducing the switch power consumption of the power switch transistor. The midpoint of the reinverting coupling transformer may provide multi-level output, further reducing the switch power consumption of the power switch transistor.

The multiphase inverter circuit is configured for generating a target alternating current power based on a direct current power provided by a DC power supply, and the multiphase inverter circuit includes at least one non-interleaved inverter circuit; the non-interleaved inverter circuit includes: a first bridge arm unit, a second bridge arm unit, and an inverting coupling transformer. When the first pulse signal and the second pulse signal with a phase difference pass through the inverting coupling transformer, a current loop can be formed within the non-interleaved inverter circuit so that the body diodes of the power transistors conduct before the power transistors conduct, thereby reducing the reverse recovery power consumption of the body diode of the corresponding power transistor and realizing zero-voltage soft switching.

By providing a charge-enabled pin and an engage-enabled pin with different lengths in the charging interface of the charging device, the engage-enabled pin is firstly in contact with a battery when charging. At this time, a charging management circuit controls an LLC half-bridge resonant power supply to soft start. A third end of the charging management circuit outputs a signal to drive a first switch to be turned on, and the output end of the LLC half-bridge resonant power supply charges the battery, and charging soft start and zero-voltage connection are achieved. During the unplugging process, the charge-enabled pin is firstly removed from the battery, and zero-current disconnection can be achieved when unplugging the other pins of the charging interface.
