The system includes a first vaporizer arrangement and a second vaporizer arrangement configured for receiving a liquid cryogen and outputting a superheated vapor. The second vaporizer arrangement is connected in parallel with the first vaporizer arrangement, and includes one or more banks of ambient air vaporizer (AAV) units or loose fill media with a high heat capacity. The second vaporizer arrangement has a different configuration than that of the first vaporizer arrangement. The system further includes at least one control valve controlling provision of the liquid cryogen to at least one of the first vaporizer arrangement and the second vaporizer arrangement.

摘要: A random access method and a base station are provided, wherein the method comprises: a base station assigning a relay-dedicated random access preamble to a relay, wherein the relay-dedicated random access preamble indicates an access priority of the relay to be higher than that of an ordinary UE (S502); the base station receiving the relay-dedicated random access preamble sent from the relay and a random access preamble sent from the ordinary UE (S504); and the base station performing, when determining the relay-dedicated random access preamble is received, a non-contention-based random access preferentially for the relay (S506). Through the above processes, the time taken by random access of the relay to the network can be saved, and the success ratio of random access of the relay to the network is increased.

摘要: A driver arrangement for LED light sources includes a transformer having primary and secondary winding connections. A first electronic switch (SW1) controls current flow through the primary winding, and a sensing resistor is coupled to the primary winding to produce a current sensing signal. A second electronic switch (SW2) is sensitive to the sensing signal to switch off SW1 as current flow through the primary winding reaches a given threshold. SW1 is thus alternatively turned-on and off in alternating turn-on and switch-off phases to power the LED light source via the secondary winding. SW1 is a field effect transistor, preferably a MOSFET. The transformer is SELV-rated. The sensing resistor may be a variable resistor to adjust the duration of the on/off phases to permit controlled dimming.
