摘要： An intermediate guide member is provided attachable and removable between a head portion and a supporting frame of a stocker for printing plates. A number of intermediate guide members is an element to set a time of starting downward movement of hooks supporting a leading end of a printing plate. Three conditions in accordance with lengths of non-detection times are set for detecting the printing plate to judge authenticity of the detection. When the hooks reach vicinities of stoppers provided at supporting bars of a reversal unit, the hooks swing, are pulled-in from above the slope, and transfer the printing plate to the stoppers. Thereafter, by rotating the supporting bars and the stoppers integrally around a shaft, the printing plate is pivoted over toward a back plate, and a lower end of the printing plate is transferred from the stoppers to a receiving plate without damaging the printing plate.

摘要： In a shutter facing an aperture portion in a partition plate in a photosensitive material processing device, a blocking member, formed substantially in a semicircular cylindrical shape, is placed by the rotation of a shaft between blades thereby closing the aperture portion. The opening between the blades is opened by rotating the blocking member integrally with the shaft so that a photosensitive material can pass through. Multi-leveled surfaces are formed on the top surface of a guide plate. Aperture portions for mounting rollers with adaptors are formed in an alternating pattern on the surfaces. A plurality of protruding guide ribs are provided extending across the surfaces. A plurality of brush roller parameters are adjusted so that a winding mark index defined by the parameters falls within a predetermined range. Rollers are washed when a finisher control system is restarted after an unforeseen long stoppage.

摘要： A photographic processing apparatus includes a replenisher supplying mechanism for forcibly supplying a remaining portion of a replenisher if the replenisher remains in a replenisher container or pack when the processing of a predetermined quantity of photosensitive material has been finished and a controlling mechanism which displays an abnormality message on a display if the forcibly supplied quantity of replenisher has exceeded a predetermined quantity. If it is detected that the replenisher pack has become empty before the processing of the predetermined quantity of photosensitive material is finished, the abnormality message is displayed. If all the quantities of replenishers forcibly supplied from a plurality of replenisher packs are not more than predetermined quantities, only a message for replacing the replenisher packs is displayed. If the quantity of replenisher forcibly supplied from one of the replenisher packs is not more than the predetermined quantity, and if the replenisher pack has become empty before the processing of the predetermined quantity of photosensitive material is finished, both the abnormality message and the replace message are displayed. It is thus possible to ascertain the timing of replacing a replenisher pack not provided with a level sensor and to ascertain the state of a replenisher pump.

摘要： Developer is supplied to a first spray pipe disposed in a developing bath. The inside of the developing bath is provided with a heater. A liquid-flow generating unit comprises a liquid-flow generating head and a branch duct, which is connected to a branch pipe of the first spray pipe via a rubber hose. A part of the developer flowing in the first spray pipe is forwarded to the liquid-flow generating head. By a gap-forming ring, a gap is secured between an outer surface of the heater and an inner surface of the liquid-flow generating head so that the developer uniformly flows along the outer surface of the heater in a longitudinal direction thereof. A heater cover is attached to the liquid-flow generating head. An inner surface of the heater cover inclines in the longitudinal direction of the heater.

摘要： The present invention provides a photosensitive material processing apparatus in which a photosensitive material is processed with a processing solution. Reliable liquid displacement in the vicinity of the surface of a photosensitive material, and uniform temperature adjustment can be performed. Also, damage or a transport deficiency, caused by a corner of the material coming into a through hole when a conveyance path of the photosensitive material is formed can be prevented. When pre-washing processing is carried out prior to development processing using a developer, processing unevenness in which an overcoat layer partially remains can be prevented. An operation of mounting and removing conveyance rollers disposed in a pair is facilitated and a proper nipping force can be imparted between a conveyance roller pair. Mounting of a replenisher case filled with a replenisher is facilitated and a replenisher is kept from remaining in piping or in a replenisher case.
