    摘要: The disclosure provides a method for testing a solenoid valve for triggering a safety valve having a single-acting fluidic drive and a positioner. The drive fluid pressure is increased by a first pressure difference. An attempt is made to switch the solenoid valve to the safety position. The drive fluid pressure is measured at a specified point in time that is selected such that the pressure in the drive fluid lowers at most by the first pressure difference. If the pressure in the drive fluid is higher than a reference pressure at the specified point in time, the functionality test of the solenoid valve is failed. The lowering of the pressure in the drive fluid is monitored over a defined period of time to make conclusions regarding the pressure generating system. The pressure does not fall below the operating pressure so the position of the valve member remains constant.

    摘要: A control valve unit includes a valve rod sealed from a valve housing via a seal assembly. The seal assembly has a packing, received axially between a pressure sleeve and a counter bearing on the valve housing. The pressure sleeve is movably and axially mounted via a pressing element relative to the valve housing and transmits a pressing force to the pressure sleeve by a spring element to the packing. The spring element is supported on a pretensioning device with an adjustable distance to the counter bearing. The pressing force of the spring element on the pressure sleeve is adjustable and the spring element is arranged axially between first and second stops of the pretensioning device. In a preinstalled state of the pretensioning device, the spring element is supported on the first and second stops. In an operating state, the second stop is at a fixed distance to the first stop in the direction of the counter bearing. The change in the axial position of the pressure sleeve is limited by the second stop and at a distance to the pressure element in the direction of the counter bearing.

    摘要: In a method for optimizing a modular system for technical functional units of a process engineering plant, a modular system is provided having components for configuring technical functional units. The modular system can be projected in a simulation environment such that each component can be represented based on its physical properties as a virtual component with corresponding parameters in the simulation environment. Parameters of the virtual components are varied in the simulation environment to determine a modified configuration of at least one technical functional unit using at least one of the virtual components with at least one varied parameter. The operation of the technical functional unit(s) is simulated with the modified configuration. A set of virtual components is determined from the virtual components with varied parameters based on results of the simulation. One or more components of the modular system are adapted based on the determined set of virtual components.
