摘要: A honeycomb rotor recovery and concentration device recovers carbon dioxide gas from flue gas and the like. A carbon dioxide sorption honeycomb rotor is rotated in a casing that is separately sealed at least into a sorption zone and a desorption zone, and the honeycomb in the sorption zone is brought into contact with a raw material gas containing carbon dioxide in a wet state to sorb carbon dioxide gas. A desorption circulation circuit circulates from an outlet to an inlet of the desorption zone. Water supplied to a heater in the circuit is evaporated to form saturated steam, which is supplied to the desorption zone. In the desorption zone, carbon dioxide gas is desorbed by contact with the saturated steam. The design may make it possible to use low-temperature exhaust heat, and this may achieve reduction in size, high performance and high efficiency at the same time.

摘要: An adsorption rotor has a surface layer which can be detached and replaced when performance degrades. A metal aggregate is extended in the width direction of the rotor element so that attachment-and-detachment adsorption rotor elements can be attached thereto using bolts and a perimeter griddle fixing bracket, thus resulting in protecting an upper part of the integral-type adsorption rotor element. In this way, the weight of the attachment-and-detachment adsorption rotor elements can be made light, resulting in them being fixable only using bolts, without special tools or skilled technicians. Moreover, because the detachment-and-replacement procedures can be performed from a rotor spindle side, thus from inside of a chamber, a heavy industrial machine is not required.

摘要: An absorption type carbon dioxide removal and concentration device can remove or concentrate a carbon dioxide throughout four seasons and can be manufactured with a relatively simple structure. The device includes a carbon dioxide removal rotor that holds a carbon dioxide absorbent. The rotor is divided into at least a treatment zone and a regeneration zone. Air to be treated is ventilated through the treatment zone, so that carbon dioxide contained in the air to be treated is absorbed by a holding absorbent of the rotor portion, so that the CO2 can be separated and removed from the air to be treated. In the regeneration zone, regeneration air is ventilated, so that the carbon dioxide absorbed by the holding absorbent in the treatment zone is desorbed with the regeneration air to regenerate the holding absorbent. A total heat exchanger recovers latent heat and sensible heat from the regeneration exhaust.

摘要: An air conditioning apparatus saves space, has a low cost and a high energy efficiency. In a former stage, total heat exchange is carried out in a total heat exchange rotor which performs heat exchange between the return air from the indoor space and outdoor air. A passive desiccant rotor, if provided, may eliminate a the need for a regenerative heat source in a latter stage. Latent heat exchange is performed in a heat pump circuit which exchanges heat between the outdoor air and the return air which have undergone total heat exchange. Further, the air conditioning apparatus may realize reduction of the total cost of equipment by eliminating the outdoor unit, and may realize reduction of on-site construction cost after the installation of the equipment and shortening of the construction term.

摘要: A honeycomb rotor recovering and concentrating apparatus recovers a gas such as carbon dioxide from flue gases and the like and may be capable of utilizing low-temperature waste heat 100° C. or less. The proposed method involves sorbing carbon dioxide while vaporizing and cooling by contacting a water-insoluble carbon dioxide sorbing material (solid amines, etc.) having an acidic gas sorptive capacity with a mixed gas containing carbon dioxide in a wet state. Warm water is brought into contact with the water-insoluble carbon dioxide sorbing material sorbed with carbon dioxide to desorb high concentration of carbon dioxide. The warm water is separated from the water-insoluble carbon dioxide sorbent material desorbed from carbon dioxide. Then the apparatus is returned from the separation step to the sorption step. Thereby, it is possible to drastically increase the recovery rate and recovery concentration of acidic gas (carbon dioxide) continuously.

摘要: An energy-efficient, space-saving, low-cost, waste-heat-utilizing ventilating air conditioning apparatus uses a honeycomb rotor having a function of adsorbing or absorbing contaminants such as carbon dioxide and VOC gas. The honeycomb rotor is disposed in a rotor rotating device having at least a processing zone and a re-generation desorption zone. Air to be processed is passed through the processing zone to remove contaminants such as carbon dioxide to produce supply air. Water is directly sprayed or dropped into a heat exchanger provided at an entrance of the re-generation desorption zone to evaporate the generated water film by heating. The generated saturated steam is introduced for desorbing carbon dioxide and pollutants, and the stream is discharged the stream outdoors. The ventilating air conditioning apparatus can operate without the energy loss associated with ventilation.

摘要: An absorption-type carbon dioxide removal/condensing apparatus is removes or condenses carbon dioxide so that the apparatus secures high recovery efficiency. The apparatus has a honeycomb rotor holding a carbon dioxide absorbent, which is divided into at least a processing zone and a reproduction zone. After anyone of reproduction air for heating and a processing air is humidified by a humidifying device, both airs are ventilated into the zones, respectively. Thereby, the apparatus can improve absorption performance and density performance. If the honeycomb rotor is further divided into at least first and second processing zones, an air to be processed is humidified by a humidifier to ventilate into the first processing zone, and then a portion or all of the processing air which passed through the first procession zone is passed through the second procession zone (second pass).
