摘要: A honeycomb rotor recovering and concentrating apparatus recovers a gas such as carbon dioxide from flue gases and the like and may be capable of utilizing low-temperature waste heat 100° C. or less. The proposed method involves sorbing carbon dioxide while vaporizing and cooling by contacting a water-insoluble carbon dioxide sorbing material (solid amines, etc.) having an acidic gas sorptive capacity with a mixed gas containing carbon dioxide in a wet state. Warm water is brought into contact with the water-insoluble carbon dioxide sorbing material sorbed with carbon dioxide to desorb high concentration of carbon dioxide. The warm water is separated from the water-insoluble carbon dioxide sorbent material desorbed from carbon dioxide. Then the apparatus is returned from the separation step to the sorption step. Thereby, it is possible to drastically increase the recovery rate and recovery concentration of acidic gas (carbon dioxide) continuously.

摘要: An energy-efficient, space-saving, low-cost, waste-heat-utilizing ventilating air conditioning apparatus uses a honeycomb rotor having a function of adsorbing or absorbing contaminants such as carbon dioxide and VOC gas. The honeycomb rotor is disposed in a rotor rotating device having at least a processing zone and a re-generation desorption zone. Air to be processed is passed through the processing zone to remove contaminants such as carbon dioxide to produce supply air. Water is directly sprayed or dropped into a heat exchanger provided at an entrance of the re-generation desorption zone to evaporate the generated water film by heating. The generated saturated steam is introduced for desorbing carbon dioxide and pollutants, and the stream is discharged the stream outdoors. The ventilating air conditioning apparatus can operate without the energy loss associated with ventilation.

摘要: An absorption-type carbon dioxide removal/condensing apparatus is removes or condenses carbon dioxide so that the apparatus secures high recovery efficiency. The apparatus has a honeycomb rotor holding a carbon dioxide absorbent, which is divided into at least a processing zone and a reproduction zone. After anyone of reproduction air for heating and a processing air is humidified by a humidifying device, both airs are ventilated into the zones, respectively. Thereby, the apparatus can improve absorption performance and density performance. If the honeycomb rotor is further divided into at least first and second processing zones, an air to be processed is humidified by a humidifier to ventilate into the first processing zone, and then a portion or all of the processing air which passed through the first procession zone is passed through the second procession zone (second pass).

摘要: An energy efficient and durable thermal swing type carbon dioxide recovery and concentration device can be made smaller and use low-temperature heat waste of 100° C. or less. A honeycomb rotor carries adsorption particles having a sorption capacity for carbon dioxide. The rotor is rotated in a sealed casing divided into at least an sorption zone and a desorption zone and is brought into contact with material gas that contains carbon dioxide in a state wherein the honeycombs in the sorption zone are moist so as to adsorb the carbon dioxide while carrying out evaporative cooling of water. Then, the honeycombs that have adsorbed the carbon dioxide are moved to the desorption zone and brought into contact with low pressure vapor so as to desorb high concentration carbon dioxide. Thus, it is possible to continuously recover carbon dioxide at a high recovery rate and high concentration.

The ventilating air conditioning apparatus has a honeycomb rotor having a function of adsorbing or absorbing contaminants such as carbon dioxide. The processed air is passed through the process zone to remove contaminants such as carbon dioxide and the air is supplied. Saturated steam is introduced into the regeneration desorption zone to desorb contaminants such as carbon dioxide and is discharged to outdoors.

摘要: An absorption type carbon dioxide removal/concentration apparatus has a honeycomb rotor which holds an amine support solid absorbent. The honeycomb rotor is divided into at least a processing zone and a reproduction zone. An enthalpy (temperature and humidity) adjustment device is provided for the air for reproduction and/or the air to be processed. The apparatus can control the carbon dioxide absorbing performance and the concentration performance by passing processing and reproduction air through the corresponding zones. The absorption type carbon dioxide removal/concentration apparatus can remove or condense carbon dioxide, can secure high recovery efficiency and can prevent a thermal deterioration of the amine absorbent to extend the life-span of the apparatus.

摘要: In the honeycomb rotor recovery concentration apparatus which collects gas, such as carbon dioxide, from stack gas etc., it collects by the highest possible recovery rate, and condenses to the highest possible concentration, and lessens the amount of energy for recovery concentration as much as possible. Adsorption zone 4, preheating zone 12, low concentration gas purge zone 15, desorption zone 5, high concentration gas purge zone 16, pre-cooling zone 13, and cooling zone 7 are provided to the hand of cut of a rotor. Low concentration gas is prevented from mixing in desorption zone 5, and high concentration gas is prevented from being spilt out from desorption zone 5. Pre-heating zone 12 and pre-cooling zone 13 constitute a circulation circuit, and it raises energy-saving nature by pre-cooling and carrying out preheating heat exchange by gas which circulates through a circuit.
