摘要: The present invention relates to compounds of pharmaceutical interest. More particularly, it relates to compounds of formula (I), to processes for obtaining thereof, to the intermediates of their synthesis and processes for obtaining the latter. The compounds of formula (I) have a certain affinity with the vitamin D receptor, they are active in a similar order to 1,25α-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (1,25D), with the advantage of producing less or no hypercalcemia.

摘要: The present invention is comprised in the field of glycobiology. In particular, it relates to a method for separating, in biological samples, the fraction bound to or associated with sulfated glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), and the applications thereof in biomedicine, such as for identifying the profile of glycoproteins or the profile of lipids bound to or associated with sulfated GAGs, detecting an alteration in the pattern of glycosylation by sulfated GAGs, identifying biomarkers for the diagnosis, for the prognosis, for monitoring the progression of a disease or of the effect of a therapy, or for identifying compounds suitable for the treatment of a disease. The invention also relates to methods for diagnosing mucopolysaccharidosis and for diagnosing and determining the prognosis of a kidney disease.

摘要: The invention relates to the field of the diagnosis and prognosis methods of molecular pathologies. In particular, the invention relates to methods for determining the diagnosis of an ectatic disease of the cornea in a subject, for determining the risk of developing an ectatic disease of the cornea in a subject, for determining the clinical outcome of a subject suffering from an ectatic disease of the cornea and for selecting a subject to be treated with a therapy for an ectatic disease of the cornea based on the determination of the expression levels of TLR2 and/or TLR4 markers. The invention also relates to the use of the TLR2 and/or TLR4 as diagnosis and prognosis markers for an ectatic disease of the cornea.
